I initially applied to Paneless as a seasonal field tech but was surprisingly not called back in response to my candidacy for that particular position. Instead, I was informed about an entirely different job they'd been hiring for and thought I may be a better fit for. The position was within their admin team which was obviously very different from what I had set out to apply for. In any case, after a couple of phone/virtual interviews, I got that position and ended up being part of their small close-knit admin team. 

Paneless at it's core is just a bunch of incredible people ready and willing to support one another  — which I love. I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with as they all enjoy adventuring outdoors in their spare time and have a similar fun, hard working attitude as me when at work. I've had a solid time getting to know my colleagues while working and at the countless Paneless team building events. I have also never worked for a company where the owners care so much about their employees. The owners are involved, supportive, kind, accessible and receptive to feedback, which makes the work environment comfortable and enjoyable. 

In terms of work, there was a lot of variety in what I did. I was involved with sales, marketing material, back-end efficiency, data organisation, site support, media generation, networking, day-to-day company communications and much more. There was lots of independent work that required tons creativity and problem solving. Some days, weeks and/or months were busier than others. Despite this, I liked how there was flexibility to take care of and enjoy other things happening in my life. 

If you're a dialled team player, ready to work hard and have some good laughs, Paneless is for you. It's not easy work (and not for everyone) but the team is there to keep you safe and supported if this is what you want. 


Paneless window washing is a great opportunity for anyone who doesn't mind hard work, and enjoys being outside during the summer days; if this sounds like you, you are likely to fit right in at Paneless and reap some pretty great benefits. Although the work can be physically taxing, the
owners of Paneless pay very competitively and ensure that everyone is receiving the hours that they desire.

The company culture is also fantastic. The owners are selective in the interview process to ensure all team-members are team oriented and are
committed to working together productively. There is a huge sense of camaraderie among coworkers,
and many tight bonds are fostered. The owners further instil these values by organizing team events such as soccer matches or camping trips, and often try to get all the team members together for dinners out or team Barbecues.

Overall, Paneless is a great company to work for and reward you for your hard work and team effort.

Working at Paneless is a great seasonal job for any hard-working, highly incentivized individual. The owners treat you with respect and dignity and as a family and have your well-being in mind. The training is intensive and thorough, and they are continually rounding out your skills and placing you at sites to grow and refine your skills. If you are hard-working and respectful, you will grow tremendously in this job. The salary is good, but you will be tired and sore after a workday, but you get to enjoy every day outside with great co-workers in usually minimal stress situations.  Every technician within the company is friendly, supportive, and hard-working, reflecting Paneless's vision and culture.

Paneless instills a sense of teamwork and commitment in each and everyone of their employees that pushes them to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently by providing appropriate tools and skills in a work environment focused around autonomy and mentor ship. Not only do they provide exceptional services to customers, but they also help their staff further their knowledge and capabilities through engaging and exciting work. 

I was skeptical when I first joined the company, however, after getting to work with and get to know the other guys there, I quickly started to love it. The environment is fast-paced but quality orientated, the other employees and management are great guys, and the pay is great as there's many opportunities to earn more. I would highly suggest this to any post secondary students looking for an in-town summer job. 

Great summer job! Really good group of people. Owners are involved with staff and make an effort to create a sense of community with the staff. Work is physical but is great to be able to be outside for the summer. Pay is very fair and all staff get along making work days go by quickly. They owners of the company also have regular outings with that staff. All around a great summer job being outside, being active and being around great people!

Fun job to work in the summer with a great team. Can be pretty flexible with scheduling with notice of course, and I would say the pay is very reasonable. I enjoyed the short time I was there, and the owners are great guys who are interested in the people they hire and are always positive. They know how to treat their employees.

This is a great job opportunity for individuals who want a seasonal job. It is hard and demanding, but the employee will get what they are looking for: plenty of hours and thus a well earned pay cheque. I recommend the job for post-secondary students in particular as there is much wisdom that is to be gained from the owners and senior employees.

Paneless is a great company to work for because of the culture established by the owners. The work is challenging at times but pay and flexibility make up for it. A great summer job that offers independence and time for pursuing other passions.

This is a fantastic seasonal job. The company culture is great and management is very accommodating to worker needs. An emphasis on safety aswell as team building events make it a great place to work. There is also opportunity for advancement in the company and the compensation is very good.
