The overall company is great to work for.  I felt my individual peers and direct managers really cared about me.   I left due to the upper management in the IT dept....Director level and above.  No one listens and they treat us employees like we don't exist.  They don't take feedback or suggestion and us employees are just pawns.  It's sad because the employees are so great!  The managers work so hard to make things better but the leaders don't know what they're doing and worst, they don't care.  There have been multiple people in IT (great people) who have left and people will continue to because of them.  Hopefully HR is taking the exist interviews to heart and will do something about it.  If they don't, they're just as bad as the man running IT.  To bad.  The executive team try's hard to do what's right for the org but they need to pay attention to what the leadership in IT is doing...they are very sneaky.  Listen to the employees.....they know what they're talking about.  No one feels like they can go to HR because of the man and woman running the place.

Papa Murphy's Pizza at Sage Hill was an awesome place to work at. atleast for me. Even though the pay was minimum wage only and there was not much extra benefits, I enjoyed the work environment of it all. They taught you pretty much hands-on right away, no wasting time and helping you get started. they allowed you to put a slight spin on how you want to do things, in order for everyone to have their own methods to be as efficient and effective in making the pizza. It is a little busy during the rush hours but thats with all jobs. Once you get the hang of things you have more autonomy and you can help run the store on your own to your best, having fun with the customers and giving the best pizza. I would have stayed longer, but because of my circumstances  I had to be off work for a month and some, and I respected the manager and my team enough not to burden them with that and took my leave.  It is pretty cool place to work

A typical day is usually going an entire shift with only a few moments to relax, as there always seems to be something to do whether it is in the morning or night. I have increased my knowledge of what it means to excel in customer service and that sometimes you have to bend over backwards to make someone happy and in the end it is worth it. Management has always been good and I enjoy getting along with my boss. The attmosphere is always very friendly and even during the very busy times everyone gets along and the job gets done. The hardest part is occasionally working alone for opening shifts. The most enjoyable parts of the job are the co-workers, and the fact that I'm working with pizza.

The job is easy enough, there's not much to it. Make pizza, wrap pizza, give pizza. But I find that, because, I'm on the younger spectrum of our employees, I do not get a fair amount of hours. Because of my job title, cashier, they only work me on weekends for short 3-4 hour shifts, which for a high school student of a single mother whom is trying to save up for a car and university, it's not cutting it. The main reason I've started applying for a secondary job, even at the age of sixteen, almost seventeen. I do not get any benefits or holidays, and neither do any of the other employees. Unless you're available everyday all day and old enough to operate the machinery, you are not valued as an employee at all.

A typical day is taking customers orders and processing the transaction if you are on till. If you are not on till you can expect to be putting toppings on pizza and following the guided measurements for the pizzas. You can also expect to answer phone calls for pizza orders.
I learned how to use a industrial cheese grater and how to sheet pizza dough.
Management was very friendly and hand on, they were always checking in to make sure thing were running smoothly.
The hardest part of the job was lifting some of the equipment so we can could clean it.
The most enjoyable part of the job was sampling new pizzas so we could tell customers about the flavor and make recommendations.

A typical day on the job would be making pizzas, prepping for the rush, and cleaning up. I have learned that it is critical to have a positive attitude towards costumers, and co-workers. The co-workers are always nice, easy to get along with, and friendly towards the costumers at all times. The management was incredible when I first started working there, but as new management came in, it was not the best environment. The most enjoyable part of the job was the conversations you get to have with the costumers and staff.

Papa Murphy's was a fun, friendly, and organized place to work. I got great customer service and sales experience while I worked there and the management was great.  It was nice being able to serve customers healthy, real ingredients and be honest about the high quality of the ingredients. I've worked at some food places/restaurants that did not follow health or cleanliness rules that I would not eat at if I was not currently working or once I quit. Papa Murphy's was not one of those places, it was always clean and safe!

I got to work and depending on what I was schedualed for I would work cash, make pizza's, answer calls and wash dishs. I learned how to work in a real part time job. The manegment was awesome, I got along with manegmant well. My co-workers were always helpful and suportive as I worked. The hardest pat of the job were the VERY hungry customers on fridays(fridays were very packed) and the most enjoyable part working at the job were the co-workers (manegment and all)

The people I worked for the first few years were amazing, they had made the decision to sell the store. The people who bought it after were awful people who treated the employees horrible! The people from corporate are just as bad, they treated everyone like dirt as well. After working for the new owners for a few weeks everyone walked out and quit at the same time. The store ended up closing within 6 months as the owners were never trained properly and they had no staff to run the store. 

Honestly it was a positive experience because the general staff was supportive, productive, fun and we all completed our work efficiently so it wasn't at all stressful. The best part wasn't the pay but actually the staff you get to work alongside with. 10/10 would work for again if I had time off from school.
