What is the best part of working at the company?
Don't know anymore, they promise to help fix things around the depot and they don't always saying they'll do one thing and never do it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management they don't care about the employees opinions they do there own thing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The employees are nice and people you work with are nice but its clouded with racism and favoritism by management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Cutting at the roundtable and clean up after once everybody leaves at the end of the day.

The work here is fast pase but the rewards are low because it is a pennies on the dollar business.  The company promises clients orders that cannot be completed on time due to lack of man power.  The company's default assumption is that the workers are not skilled/motivated enough, including the ones that have been there 20 years +.  Nobody on the floor is happy there, but the lunchroom was a positive environment with lively and fun pass times because the people were personable.  I myself enjoyed a somewhat stress free environment at my station, but the same was not the case for some others.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Cutting of wood pallets and painting

started work at 11pm and finished at 7am. wed repair pallets and we had to hit a a specific amount of repaired pallets. at first its hard but as you work you get the hang of it and they also offer piece pay so if your motivated to make more money, the chances are there.

Good place to earn a living but also a not so safe environment on an overall basis. Need better communication between workers and management. Need better accountants. Always an issue with pay, too much inaccuracies due to numbers not being documented accurately.

Paramount is a very fast pace hands on job that involves using machines to get most of the work done. Basically what we do at paramount is make pallet (skids). Some pallet are made from scratch and the others are mostly repair.

Excellent team! They managed to get jobs in the area of friends and were very fast with good job alerts for me. Very helpful, efficient and really strive to get good jobs. Highly recommended!

Worked here for 3 months and it was the worst 3 months of my life. Underpaid for the work and they monitored and controlled my bathroom breaks, was told I could only use the bathroom once a day
