Parasuco

It was a great experience! 

Parasuco was a very fashion forward place and I loved working their because it taught me how a team can come together and make a workplace a fun place. My team used to run to work and never complain if they had to work longer hours etc. 

They used to have product knowledge meetings which helped us to lear more and share that knowledge with the rest of the team. 

I enjoyed doing visual merchandise, windows and displays. This company was open to our ideas rather than sticking to one idea.

I worked for around 6 months and regret wasting my time at this family run business. There is no structure or order, the owners expect everyone to be at their beck and command.
the owner and VP need to understand we are people and have lives outside of work. 
I was there less than 6 months and am glad they let me go.

Parasuco is a place where you work hard and play hard. 

Great team but if you want to be spoon fed then this isn't the place for you. The employees that survive and enjoy their experience are the go getters and the ones that really want to be part of something!

Typical day consisted of opening up the cash register. Counting the cash, making sure that all the bags were filled and put in place. Emails were checked in the morning and replied to immediately. I made sure to setup the cash system and turn on the debit machines.

Company policy does not apply to all employees.  This company does not provide training for new employees.  Working hours are only flexible some employees  while others ate penalized. This company is stuck in the 80’s

the work place was very good and all co workers were very helpful and supportive ,we were getting free clothing and the most enjoyable part of the job was to work with the company president ,

Poor pay but a fun place to work, management was in need of improvement. They often hired people who had little experience because the pay was too low.

Job suitable for college people looking to make extra money.  Long hours for little pay.  Good place if you like drama.   Good as a part time job not a career
