What is the best part of working at the company?
Nice coworkers and discounts for clothing. That is it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not necessarily stressful, but worst run company I have ever worked for. Managers are completely useless. Minimum wage for physically taxing work. Worst HR I have ever had to deal with. Extreme favoritism, non adherance to labor laws/legislation. The list goes on, just do not do this to yourself.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic. No appreciation for hard work. They literally tell you that you cannot fill yoyr water bottle unless you are on your break. Even though there is no AC and it gets so hot that people have literally passed out. Micromanaging. Lack of training. Overscheduling and then forcing people to go home early. Awful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very monotonous. Feel like you are being watched every second and scrutinized. Extremely hot in warmer seasons. Old equipment that crashes daily.

There’s really nothing good about this company

Poor and incompetent management. Pay you as little as possible while demanding you work like a slave. Complete disregard for worker rights and non-adherence to employment standards. Hiring useless and incompetent management. No common sense in decision making

Toxic, negative, repressive, depressing, exploitative

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is you basically arriving at work and wishing to go home the moment you step into the building.

Poor management, a lot of micromanagement

micromanagement, I never felt secure what I was doing. never enough from my manager

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
is very toxic they expect you know everuthing if you ask you are going to recive answers as..."you have 3 months doing this"

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always calls, there are meetings three times a week to see what tasks are pending, they are always checking what you are doing and what you are not doing, and if you fail at something, they always let you know.

Now,  before I begin, it should be stated that there are many departments and job descriptions in this company and I'm sure some are less invigorating than others. That being said, I work in the office with Ecommerce and I love my job, the people, the perks and the benefits. Could it be better? Always but I've worked at places a whole lot worse. 

Good colleagues / team environment: Many reviewers mention that the finance / accounting teams are collaborative and the people are supportive. 

Opportunities for learning / variety: Some roles allow exposure to different areas in finance, giving more hands-on experience. 

Hybrid options or flexible work arrangements (for some roles): A few reviews say that there is a mix of remote/home + office work.

Prepare to do 2 thankless jobs for the salary of 1. 
Parian likes to not replace people who leave to see how much work the department can handle without. The majority of roles are "hybrid" in the sense that they merge 2 roles together so they can take advantage of the lower paid employees and offer them a position with below industry average salary for double the work. 

Mass layoffs every year or two. Already went bankrupt once. Bad quality and over priced clothes for all the banners they represent. Very less pay for the amount of work they make you do. Bad Management, and not an environment to be a part of. No professional growth. 

Minimum wage, however, is a nice place for new immigrants to start. Friendly staff and management team, but do not expect any future development. 

The major part business of this facility is shutting down, the good old days for this company have gone.

This is not a job you want to stay very long in. The pay is bad and the work life balance is awful. 
There are very slow periods where there is little to no work and you could get temporarily laid off with no pay. 

Good culture and environment . Job is no hard. Typical day is follow up with the orders.But company is running with financial issues. Do not recommend.

Cons: low pay, less job security.
