Family owned and operated, single dealer (not part of a group) allowing all staff to know and work together on a daily basis. One of the best parts is they carry a diverse used car inventory of 180-200 units at any given time enabling the sales dept to sell vehicles at all budget levels. Great staff contribute to a fun atmosphere to work,or buy a vehicle for the customers. This dealership is run by the owners's son, who has refocused the business, for long term success and customer retention by offering the vehicles for sale at market leading prices and eliminating the negotiation process to a minimum, similar to some of the largest vehicle retailers in the US. Being basically a one price operation has it's challenges when in front of customers, not quite familiar to this pricing system however it taught me to build more value in the vehicles and create more rapport with our customers all through out the sales process.

A family-owned business that actually felt family oriented. Top notch GM who has done well establishing a healthy workplace culture. They had me doing every odd job that needed to be done which can come in handy on a resume. I've also seen people go on to do great things either in the dealership or elsewhere with their help. Hoping they keep up the good work!

When I first started working for this company I was selling cars, I learned how to approach customers and find their needs and do my best to fill those needs. Unfortunately the hours did not accommodate my family, the company offered me a position in the Service department. This position worked well with my family and utilized all my skills to their full potential, I was challenged at every level and strived for success every day.

skilled workers MINIMAL, greedy management TOP NOTCH.
 each department is like working for a different company. There is ZERO TEAMWORK. The customer service is horrendous. The staff is generally sedate and look like they're going to fall asleep on their feet. Foul language is rampant in the public ear. I could go on about how poorly managed this place is for hours. eat.

Owner gets richer and when times get tough they let you go. Doesn't matter how many years of service, how many extra hours you put in for them, they don't even care about your health. People getting let go right after having a heart attack, people getting let go during a pandemic that has not even affected them yet, Park Mazda does not care about the people who make Park Mazda rich.

As far as car sales go, they are great and understanding. Also will help you every bit if the way, and just good solid people.

Stressful, challenging, the mechanics are so helpful and definitely helped me learn everything. Service advisors work great along side internal as well

great staff to work with. every time I needed help, there was more then enough. friendly, cooperative co workers. knowledgeable techs, sales and management is second to none.

Family owned dealer that truly cares about all employees and customers. Management is the best I’ve worked under, and they are constantly looking to improve, lots of opportunities to make money. 

Had really great co-workers. Shop could have been cleaner and some equipment requires upgrading and replacing. Overall I enjoyed my time there. On a personal level I have performed better.
