This used to be a fantastic company to work for. They cared about their team and customers, but alas no longer. Senior management team who have no experience of the industry, and constant false promises and moving goal posts. You will spend all your time avoiding Brand Risk audit fails and staring at speadsheets, not supporting your teams and looking after your customers. They will tell you its all about the team- don't believe it, its not. There is no support from the senior team, just a blame culture, when the true issue is a lack of funding. Investment in most Parks is non existent, and all they are interested in is sales and profit. Large amounts of team have been made redundant or sacked on a whim this year to satisfy investors, meaning the job next year will be even harder. They wont even pay for the sticking plasters to put on the cracks anymore- How did I feel when I got out from this Company? ELATED

There was nothing good ! Managed very poorly

Dirty caravans and lying to guests

Very toxic and made to feel very intimidated

Hard work , poor pay and no team effort

Brilliant employer.! Great opportunity for advancement, I started on food+beverage, successful supervisor application shortly after, advancing to team leader and relocated to another park. Excellent experience and full filling job.

not a bad place to work, i enjoyed my time there to a certain extent, sometimes supervisors weren’t the best, hours would be all over the place and they didn’t go off the days i said i could work but most of the staff were lovely and the job wasn’t too hard, it was only hard if i was the only one working in my department and didn’t have anyone to support me

Worked multiple seasons here, the management of the complex is very poor and speaks to the staff in ways you'd never expect to be spoken to including strong curses. The housekeeping department is the best job I've ever had with great management and excellent for developing skills within the housekeeping field.

can be very busy and extremely stressful, often understaffed. great opportunities for progression throughout the company. lots of schemes which you can earn rewards. as long as management isn’t lazy, will be a good time. 

working in the housekeeping department was amazing great experience, the staff are lovely and friendly and supportive. It's hard work but good pay and you do get appreciated for your hard work

Ideal place for some summer work. Jobs are simple but repetitive  and other staff can sometimes be selfish and don't work as a team. Other than these flaws its ideal for a simple job for some extra funds over summer.

Great company to work for, the pay is poor but I always felt respected by my managers and supervisors. 
The work environment is fun with regular team social events. 

Fantastic company to work for, take great care of their employees and train and develop them to give them all the skills required to undertake their role with the company and for them to develop as individuals.
