A lot to learn at the beginning, but the team is always ready to help you get comfortable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
During an internship, I assembled electronic components, including soldering circuits, crimping wires, and conducting quality control tests using specialized test jigs. The work felt really technical (although I’m guessing it wasn’t that technical because I could do it) - but it was particularly rewarding to contribute directly to the finished product. The highlight was one amazing person who was particularly happy and patient in teaching soldering techniques and process. For hands on electronics assembly, this internship offers an solid foundation.

As a Support Tech, I had a positive experience. From day one, coworkers were helpful and welcoming—albeit the amount of hardware and software knowledge was a bit overwhelming.  Who knew there was so much to know in parking! What stands out most is the team dynamic. My manager was knowledgeable, customers love him, and he was always ready to jump in on complex cases. Now that I’ve moved out of the area and am working for another company, I really appreciated how nice my team was and how flexible around family obligations was.  If you like helping people with technical resolutions – from hardware to software and getting to help people from all over – I highly recommend!

 Very capable co-workers + customers all over North America. If you don’t care about the quality of your work, this likely won’t be a good fit. Reasonable hours, casual dress. Software and hardware plus end users make for some interesting learning & parking stories

terrible work environment    unorganized   nefarious goings on  customer care is non existent      terrible building    people are unprofessional and not qualified for their positions   work environment is dirty and hot      employees are back stabbing   employees are exploited dishonest  ;misleading
