For a company to exploit senior consumers savings until they are depleted is terrible.  The housekeeping staff makevminimum wage when this company can most certainly pay more.

Housekeepers work very hard to make this environment look beautiful.  Its physically demanding work and should be compensated as respected members of the organization.

To pay employees minimum wage is a reflection of how this company values the work that done on their premesis.

Very disrespectful when they bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars and dont even consider how they are exploiting their own staff with a pittance hourly rate.

You should be ashamed of yourselves and a UNION needs to be formed!!!

Was hired as a "Door Attendant" but soon enough I was wearing 4 hats. Job description changed very quickly after I was hired. Be prepared to work in 3 or 4 departments. Schedule was changed by management twice in a few months. Non unionized property so I had to bite my tongue many times. You will be paid just over minimum wage. Benifits are deducted from your pay.

It’s not a good place to work ,specially. in the kitchen.

Working hours, peers, managers

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment and everyone there is very toxic,

Very unorganized management, Very short staffed in all departments. You will be hired for one department and soon you will be asked to "help" other departments on the regular. Very high turnover rate in all departments. You are also not allowed to receive "tips" from residents for doing hard work.

Long hours but that's part of the job duties. You work by yourself and you have to do everything from preparing, cooking, cleaning, and washing.

Management is good. They try to keep everyone happy
The residents brightens my day. They are very nice people 

The best company I have ever worked for 

- Well Paid, supportive manager, great atmosphere, coworkers are awesome and the relationships you make with the Residents who live there are life-changing



Enjoyed my work with the residents 
They made all the difference.
Hardest part of job was the pace of work, quite exhausting at times
Every day was different, a challenge at times but felt I made a difference in the residents lives!


Working there is a good choice but some staffs are not friendly. You don’t get enough training they just put all the load too quickly. Very good for payment.
