The only pro about working here is that the schedule is quite flexible... otherwise you are being overworked and severely underpaid. Although even with the flexible schedule, hours are inconsistent. Best to keep to yourself at this office as there is much gossip and no trust among staff.  You will most likely get tasked to do things unrelated to your role and job description such as deep cleaning the office rooms (vaccuuming, mopping, dusting, etc) because they are too cheap to hire actual cleaners to do detail work even though the office makes a lot of income daily. Good luck getting a fair pay increase as this office is very cheap and stingy! A lot of micromanagement and staff berating occurs at this office, which is very unprofessional and contributes to the negative work culture.

•	Courteously answered phone inquiries from patients; Screened and directed all incoming calls as well as responsible for collecting outstanding patient balances 
•	Identified issues and developed solutions to improve and increase speed of service
•	Verified schedules and called patients to remind them of appointments; Utilized and updated “short notice” list regularly
•	Kept appointment book accurately; ensured accounts information are entered in detail
•	Maintained reception area in order to create a welcoming and pleasant environment  
•	Effectively provided assistance in the reception, greeter, confirming & Accounting areas

I got hired and immediately quit. There is a lack of professionalism all across the board. From employees to managers to owners. The toxic environment is a reflection of the above. There is no work / life balance. Pay is very low with a high expectations of working weeknights and weekends. Unless you are the manager or friend of manager. The senior staff are lazy. I would not recommend this place. 

Super toxic work environment. Management is a joke. There is a lot of preferential treatment to “friend” of manager. And you will be expected to work 6 days a week and barely make 30 hours. Smh this depressing office will make you want to quit almost immediately. You’ve been warned! 

Never a dull moment. Ups and downs like in any job but flexible hours, understanding management, and a supportive team. The work culture is hard to beat. Never been so happy to show up at work. Never had to ask for a raise either!!

it is a very stress free environment as coworkers are easy to get along with.
Everyone has a good sense of what their responsibilities for the day are and everyone helps each-other to make sure all procedures get done withing the stipulated time.

Management only cares about themselves not the employees. Might get a raise first two years after your on your own. Its degrading and toxic environment
