What is the best part of working at the company?
There was not one good thing in working here. This place has so many managers (pretty sure they outnumber the workers) not a single person there has a clue what is going on. After 2 interviews, where I asked about shift changes being at weekends or during the week I was told it would happen mid week. I started work on December 29th to be told on day 2 that it was changing to weekends which the knew from the interviews didn’t work for me. After all the promises, lies or just made up nonsense I would tell anybody that wants a job here. BE CAREFUL, they give jobs to their friends (not the best for the job) the lies at every single step of the hiring process and after leaving them (giving 2 weeks notice) they still have not returned my ppe etc so I had to buy more for my new gig. 
It was a terrible experience and I strongly advise looking elsewhere. They will lie to get you in and then just mess you around.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many bosses, in one shift I had 2 foreman, 2 supervisors, 2 managers and that’s just the people you talk to. We had a work crew of 5 for a weeks and 6 mangers to tell them what to do. The place is a joke

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hurry hurry wait springs to mind with this place. Extremely disorganised 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wait around to be given work, then asked why it wasn’t completed when you need the green light from 4 people to simply complete a task

Typical day at work

Answer incoming phone and forward the line to the appropriate person.

Distributed daily mail and ensured outgoing mail was put in the mailbox.

Prepared and sent our couriers, received packages from couriers for employees in the office.

Booked boardroom for meetings and greeted visitors and ensured that they signed in.

Overall its a good place to work. The training needed some serious updating which has been slightly improved since I started.
Some of the supervisors/managers are great, but like with almost any workplace there were some managers and supervisors who were micromanaging and who were a bit too gossipy for my liking.
Overall a pretty easygoing slower paced call center.

Well in all of the 35 years of working ive never work at a job with so many people with so low of morale. Really not sure on if its just cuz there all use to working in the mining industry or if its just cuz of the new management.

My work experience with Parsons has been great.  They were understanding and accommodating with my school schedule and tried to let me know the prospects when my contracts end about future employment.  Good experience and would work with them again.

If you are an entry-level this is not a great place to start. The company is huge, the teams are busy and the managers just care about results, therefore, you won't have any support. You will have to do everything on your own and there is a chance that you won't succeed.  

Being a seasonal position, one might ordinarily worry about working subsequent seasons but PARSONS leaders are very loyal and call upon those who have worked there previously first.

A great group of people to work with. Salary is a bit low for the amount of work done daily. There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement within the Company.
