I like talking to people, enjoy using my accounting skills,communication skills.I start my day with taking calls and explaining about their amount due and how does it affect their credit history.People understand the effect and paying the amount due.My supervisor is really cooperative and great.He inspires us and teach us a lot of skills to get the best results.We get rewarded what we do.Besides bonus and holidays as a reward ,the best thing I like is getting appreciated by announcing the name for best results.I am very hard worker.Hardest part of the job is when people dont understand.We are convincing them to pay on time and protect them.I enjoy working with co-worker.I made a lot of friends.

Its been a while since ive worked at PIC. I would love to go back. The agents are helpful and fun and will support you when needed. Offer advice when asked. I miss everyone so much. Yes, the job can be stressful, hence collecting funds from debtors. With proper training and support, you CAN be successful. It is a numbers game, you really have to sell yourself and PUSH. Thats the key. 

A typical day at work is spent answering dialer calls, leaving messages for debtors, skip tracing, and giving payment instructions. Some days can really drag on, when the day is not busy. Management is excellent and always willing to help. Great co-workers are what really make this place worth coming to every day.

Completely unorganized, mismanaged, and not a place you want to work. Company is run as a dictatorship, they have 2 sets of rules, preach one thing, and do the opposite. They also are not shy about running the company with blatant double standards. Run dont walk somewhere else for an interview.Trust me I know I worked there a long time.

Typical day is same thing over and over. I definitely learnt certain things about doing collections and the talk offs. Management is all about pushing you to get money. Minimum wage job. They will get you to do the most of it push to get more money for their company just for that little pay. You think you're being moved to other portfolios but the pay is still the same. 

You need to have patience with this type of job. It is not easy. Some of the individuals that you work with, may help. Odd times, you have clients calling in to make things easier but majority of the time, you have to call clients... More accurate, stalk them for money. You get yelled, cursed at, hung up on... Quite stressful if you don't have the heart to be rude.

Dealing with inexperienced, unqualified management who lack documentation and some managers who hardly speak English  “FOR EXAMPLE “  results in poor service. 
Everyone wants to claim the title of doing something, but they lack education and experience. 

Placing calls to customers and helping them pay off their accounts. Work with customers in improving their credit score. Answer dialer calls and assist customers with repayment options and exclusive offers to settle debts faster. 

Long hours, lack of management, and people threatening customers. Very unprofessional place to work and no training provided. It’s no wonder there are so many bad reviews of this company on google. If you want to work for a third party collections agency, work ANYWHERE else. 

Job is pretty fun, definitely very interactive and a lot of incentives daily with the collection floor. 
Some of the managers are more helpful than others, but mine was great
