Parts Canada  has been a fantastic employer for over 7 years for me. They value employees and ensure that the work environment is good for everyone. They took the time during COVID-19 to ensure they kept as many people working as possible in a safe manner. A majority of the folks who work here have been around for a long time and get along pretty well. There is always office gossip but that is nothing exclusive to Parts Canada.

Day to day the work is decently busy, everyone tends to help out wherever they can in IT.

Management is lazy. Talk all day. Employees are expendable. It's like being in grade school. One mistake and you are in the managers office getting yelled at. Place is a joke. Employees are treated terrible. Work there if you must to pay bills, but be warned, other employees like to rat on people. Worst place I have worked in by far. Sad to see in this day and age people are treated this badly.

I usually start the day with collection calls and accounting and admin work in the afternoon. We are working on a new system right now "Microsoft Dynamics AX" a bit challenging but has a lot of room for personal software advancement.The people are fun to work with and the management is very supportive to the needs of the employees.

It was my first warehouse job. I learned many different things about industry that was extremely helpful. Duties would include Shipping/Packing customers orders, stocking shelves and receiving orders. Management was great to work with and work envionment was relaxed. Pay was decent and great benefits were offered.

I worked here for a college work term for a period of 4 months in summer of 2018. The staff were very friendly, and the management team were very approachable. The wages could have been higher, however it was a fun, high paced place to work.

Parts Canada has been a pleasure to work for the 4 years I worked there. It is unfortunate they had to downsize because of the slow sales in the power sport industry. The company has a culture of respect for its employees and make sure the employees are treated fairly.

Managed 53 accounts in Nova Scotia territory, promoted and  launched new products, identify and develop new customers, manage contracts, customer service, maintains 4 week route schedule, managing buying programs, sales

This is a very stressful work place. Barely any downtime, you run around like a chicken with your head cut off. The heat in the warehouse is crazy, multiple people passing out. 
If you need to leave early they tell you they can’t secure your job for tomorrow even if you’re hired on full time

1 manager, 3 supervisors & 4 lead hands made it impossible to meet expectations. 8 different people telling how to do the same thing in 8 different ways was really a terrible overall experience for middle and many others.

normal employees do all the work when the supervisors talk all day.To get a promotion  you have to wait until five years and kiss a lot of a... Parties are a joke.
