They DO not guarantee full-time. ( Except for the manager) It's a really good concept but the management is really bad and what employees said is not considered. In peak time you will feel exhausted. But they do not discriminate and welcome every kind of person. Employee usually don't stay ! And whatever you apply for don't matter if you are a cashier you will probably do back store stuff and other things. A lot of employees complaint. You should have high self-control and a good ability to manage stress! And the proprio is a sweetheart!

I like the atmosphere/customers,  but not the people that work there,  I had some good days with those individuals most of the time. 

I enjoy what I did but not the people
I had to work with, had to train new people as well. Don’t get paid extra to train new people. 
The district manager is not a great person, always cutting hours and expecting people to do more for less $

There is always a click there that if you aren't apart of you will get nasty looks. Even if you spend years there working and doing things you aren't supposed to, it's very hard to get a raise. The boss is very kind no complaints there. Mostly the click of mean girls and no real potential to grow and get a raise. Its a good job to have while studying they are very flexible with their schedules. 

Overall, student friendly Job. Good place for people who are looking for something redundant and simple. Tasks involved from cleaning cash to restocking store, manual labor to transport boxes off the pallets and into backroom, verifying contents with packaging order and the standard sweepibg and mopping floors.

Depends on who you work with: if the management is good, the your experience will be more positive and bad will be difficult. If your organized, work together, open communication, etc, you can make this place work for you. However if your environment is negative then you’ll struggle.

If you want to work like a slave with the lowest pay possible ...well this is the place for you. No matter for how long you work for them or how great of a worker you are ... you won't get a raise or anything.

30min break, they expect you to do stuff for free sometime( if you're in management). The "we're family "type of company.

Party expert was such a fun place to work at. Challenging but not too hard. It had a nice vibe and the team was awesome. 
I loved working at the balloon counter, it was such a fun skill to have.

Great flexible schedule and optimization seems to be put in place whenever possible. The colleagues are nice and the environment better than other places, but there is no incentive to go up the ranks. 

I love working here, the managers are so nice and my coworkers are amazing! I learned most of my customer service skills from working here and I really enjoy every shift!
