On a side note, I was shocked to see reviews of certain ex-employees, whom I can easily guess who they are, who were let go for a cause or breach of code of conduct and were blaming the company for the same. Our company has zero tolerance to customer dissatisfaction and low performance. Ours is a 25+ years old company and I have spent about 8 years working and growing here. While I currently work here and my perspective may be seen as biased, I believe that 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating.' My experiences and observations are based on firsthand involvement and genuine appreciation.

The company is mainly composed of people from eastern europe and Asian, Indian and China. My boss is an india guy who is very picky. He may shout at you in public for a very small mistake or delay, i.e. Documentation has not been filed immediately after my reception. Therefore, for your every minute in this company, I have to force myself to be "perfect" to have a happy day.

I truly appreciate working at Pathway Communications. The work culture is inclusive, and employees are given opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully. Worst management ever. They don't value employees who work their. No proper management every other day keep changing protocols and no internal.
manager is very rulde, like to micro management. always monitor you in the office.

Worst experience ever

Pathway a very diverse company with a lot of opportunity to challenge yourself and learn. My experience is that staff are very accommodating and willing to assist. It's a very team oriented environment catering a variety of clients. I don't deal with overbearing management or anything that I would consider negative. I've enjoyed my time at work!

They have a very poor management skill, 
No Job security and they will lay off the agent if they find less workloads 

- Poor Hiring skill they hired 17 agents in one go without any reason just show that they have these much employees to higher management and then lay off some agent who works for them from past 1 or 2 years 


They don't show you even the basic information about their products and how to better serve their clients. They just throw you to the phone queues without any prior knowledge. People are moving away from that company. Brief, run away from the place!

Disrespect for employees starts with the owner and his son and and is reinforced by the leadership team. HR is unable to support employees.  Unfortunately there is nothing positive I can say about my experience there.
