Echo the feedback from prior staff; poor work-life balance, lack of leadership and coaching.  

Situation is the same for inside or outside and 
service & repair staff.  The owner will woo with perks, bonus structure ('bounty program') and how sweet everything is during the hiring process.  The moment challenges arise the staff are the first one's thrown under the bus rather than work as a team to resolve challenges.  The work ethos from management is sadly 'us first, customers last'.

Customers and are always asking why there is a revolving door of employees, which is not a good sign at any establishment.  Something one learns to recognize and would the be the most valuable lesson from the whole debacle a.k.a Patlon Aircraft.
  There are/were good people within the relatively small workforce which, unfortunately, only continue to stay with the organization due to lack of options, aspirations or backbone.

Work here if you like being a doormat and tricked or connived by your employer but be prepared to be let go at any moment and have a backup plan.  Plenty of other respectable organizations out there.  Good luck!

The way employees are treated here makes you question how the company is still afloat but the recent pandemic seems to have proved that this company is not immune economic downturn. As the company begins to rebuild and re-hiring begins, I hope that all future candidates take their time to read these reviews. There are 1 too many negative views on the company and it seems to be a pattern of disrespect.

Poor management in every aspect.
Bullying atmosphere without regard for people.  Do your job with sound ethic and you won't last long.... revolving door of hire and fire unless you are a yes person.
No salary increases over several years to even meet cost of living increase but management did get theirs.... food for thought if you want any security in a job or to meet your bill payments.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are true. 
There is no work life balance and bonus structure, the bonus structure is ridiculous. 

You will be treated like you are worthless working at Patlon. You are nothing but a subordinate. Help the company profit and you will be rewarded with enough money to fill your gas tank for the week.

Do not join with any high expectations or career growth in mind, come into this company with an exit plan and always have your resume polished.

Owner Management - Terrible. Boss versus Leaders mind set. 
And, they berate employees to other employees.  Management never take accountability for their own actions. This company is inconsistent and not managed well end to end.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Patlon. The variety of tasks keep you interested and the fast pace make the days fly by. Everyone is so supportive and always quick to help each other out. It’s a very friendly and relaxed working environment.

Patlon went through a rough patch, however it is now under new ownership, new management, new culture and core values.  It is a great place to work now and i'm proud to be part of it.

Don't kid yourself. It's as fun as a morgue at best. 

Some days are better than the the last, most days are typically the same. What's the most fun I've had at Patlon? Not sure, but it's definitely not putting up with poor management.



Would I work here again for more money? It would have to cover my therapy as well.

Extremely heavy work load which is fine as I enjoy being busy but pay does not match the amount of work.  Very strict deadlines which we are scored on in order to receive PFP.   Stressful environment.
Fellow co workers very pleasant to work with.
