patman productions is a great place to work yes it can be exhausting at times but what job isn't staff and supervisors as well as owners are very helpful and great at teaching you how to focus to get the job done safely and efficiently   you great great experiences  and friendly co workers  I gave patman  5 stars because they take time and care in there job and staff to make sure  the job gets done safely and efficiently  working for patman almost feels like your apart of a working family  we have fun but still get the job done  

we only work for one day per show unless it is a special event the the Canada winter games. it is a easy job to understand and do as we just have to follow the orders of whoever we are assigned under for that show. management is always willing to talk if something comes up like a injury, a emergency or even if you cant work that whole day because of your regular job. everyone is pretty relaxed and is always happy to talk. the hardest part is deffienitly when loading or unloading the equipment as it can be heavy and you need to be alert the whole time or get crushed. the most enjoyable is the benifits like a free show or sometimes a paid lunch.

From the beginning to now the company has changed a lot over the years to where its at now . The supervisors are excellent and look after the staff very well and know their jobs . The owners are great and are very approachable and just great people to work for . The ops Manager and his partner are very down to earth and always there to help . They get work for the company and are only a phone call away. The overall dynamics of the company is high expectations but still have fun hence why they have such good people ,people that want to work but yet can still have fun . Highly recommend this company .

We do crowd control for most major events held at the Scotiabank Saddledome, concerts, hockey games etc...as well as events at Canada Olympic Park, Olympic Plaza, Jubilee Auditorium and out of town events in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Red Deer Edmonton...
It is a fun and respectful company to work for. You are not required to work all events...it is based on a "sign up" for events which you are available for.

A great place to work. I found working with this company is like working with close friends and family.  
Always doing something different all the time.  We work events around Calgary, At the Saddle Dome, Olympic Plaza, COP, Jack Singer, and the Jubalee. Out of town work is anywhere like Leathbridge, Medacine Hat, Red Deer, and other places for Rodeos, concerts, shows.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing management was not supportive and demands and salary were too low. I made more than that 30 years  ago 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many demands for the amount of salary paid 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Dictatorial and too many demands for dress code etc all at your own expense

- variety of length of shifts 
- I continue to learn about all aspects of working security
- my direct manager is a hard... But a sweetheart. Follow her direction and you'll be forever loved.
- culture is inclusive
- some shifts are long hot or cold
- public relations for an extravert is the best part.

You mostly just stand and make sure that people who are attending events are safe and not breaking any rules. People who you work with are kind and willing to help you out. There's lots of standing involved but you do often get to see a lot of live music and fun events.

A family run company that's been around for about 20 years based in Calgary Alberta. They are very easy to talk with about just about anything. They have a great group of co-workers and supervisors that will help to teach people that so they want to learn and grow.

Love the teamwork involved here, everyone comes to work with a good attitude and why not. We worked concerts and sporting events. Sometimes things can be tough and it’s not easy to make everyone happy, but at the end of the day it’s a fun job.
