What is the best part of working at the company?
I only worked there for less than nine months but the only thing that existed me was the employee and the environment. Besides that nothing work really well for me since the rate was lesser that the work load. I was performing  duties that supposed to be done by two or more people.  Poor benefits and the management always playing with the minds of the employees. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Is there most of the employees weren’t helpful when it’s comes to assistance. And the managers find it difficult to provide assistance. The work was more than what I was told during my interview with them.  There was no promotion the company which makes you stagnant at one position.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was  kind of multicultural environment some of the employees were very nice but some were very rude they were lacking approaching skills e.g . They were not appreciative . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, difficult to maneuver since my working area was very crowded with loads and a very small  department. Loads were delivered very rapidly by trucks and no assistance which make by the end of the day very difficult and tied .

I do not rate often but this time I could help someone. During the interview is all smiles but odd things starts to show from the very first day. "Leadership" openly shows contempt to his own staff with no concerns at all and makes sure you can feel it, so people quit in less than 3 months, I knew about at least 8 employees before me not lasting more than 6 months, some of them not even 1 month and I am glad I found a better place to work very quick which is not hard to do. Remote working is not possible at all since they distrust their own staff. Work is all over the place so be ready to take a potential mess since knowledge is lost every time an employee quits and that happens every month, and there is no help or training available, you are on your own, but for the negative feedback they are really quick and efficient. The positives are just not there to notice, no benefits at all, no growth, no community. Maybe other departments are better but accounting must be avoided specially if you are a woman. I recommend just asking during the interview about why people leave. If you value your mental health and want to progress, avoid.

Was motivated when i first started..had good interview with the hiring manager..but the positive energy quickly dissapeared..very low pay (minimum wage), which makes for constent whinning from half the floor workers (hey, if the pay is so bad, just leave already)..bosses with conflicting views and your stuck in the middle, not much interest in employees opinions or overall fairness, just for a few..a lot of hypocrisy, clic environment, family members in management, you have to be in with the right clics or side with the right bosses to be respected, i didn't play those games, so i wasn't "in" lol...don't make a stand against a bosses pet employee..don't expect much, just do the work and punch out..would only recommend for new workers/students, to have warehouse work experience

There are alot of unhappy employees (mostly long-term) that bring the staff morale down and create a very poor work culture. Alot of gossip amongst one another and very challenging to work as a team. Some people are nice but most are two-faced and will talk about you behind your back. The pay is also low and health & dental benefits are 100% employee paid so beware because hiring manager did not disclose that information to me. Management promises to improve work environment and process but no action plan implemented, just alot of lip service. Eventually, the negative work environment lead me to submitting my resignation. The customers are also very rude and disrespectful when they don't get their way. I was at this company for a year and about 7 employees quit during that time, 8 now including me. 

I was excited to to work as Sales Representative for Patterson Dental which they have gained a reputation as one of the largest dental  suppler and dental industry leader all over the world. As an expert who is passionate about excellence and service of the highest quality.
The skills and experience I have gained in a variety of work settings, combined with character qualities of dependability, reliability and an ethic of hard work make me a positive fit for any role due to the experience I`v got from daily works with expert colleague in Patterson Dental - Toronto Branch.

Day shift only..not much else..clean

Poor floor management and communication..not a very positive culture or environment

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supervisors have favorites, others are just bodies to move around...lacks fairness and even respect at times

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Average pace through out the day, more rushed in the second half and at the end of the day

I love working at Patterson, however the management doesn't care about their employees.  The people I work with taught me everything I know about troubleshooting and everything, from installation to preventative maintenance.  The only reason why I would leave Patterson is that they do not pay very well for the jobs we do.  It always seems like we're breaking our backs to make everyone happy and no one from management seems to care about us.

Patterson is definitely a fun work place. The team here is great!
The management is great, they work around your schedule. Work load is very balanced with the help of others if needed. 
I learned how to work independately with minimal supervision.
I believe the hardest part of this job is that the wage isn't very fair due to the amount of work that gets put in with this role.

Patterson Dental is a retailer specializing in supplying all dental equipment and accessories to Dentists.  It's a typical sales and administrative environment.  Lots of inbound/outbound calls between Vendors, Reps, Staff and Distribution Centres.

I do the filing, switchboard relief support A/P and A/R and other projects as assigned.

Management is inconsistent as this is the third Manager in my duration. This is a bit tricky at times but I'm easy going and my priority is to get my job done and done properly so this is most enjoyable to me.

During the time I was at Paterson Dental I had alot of fun talking and working with the other employees they also helped me work more on my french. the people there were so great that I didnt ever really have to ask for help if someone saw that i was strugling they would come over and ask if i needed help. to me this is what i would call team work but it was more than that its like we were all one big family. it was a great place to work. it was sad that i had to leave for school.
