There are some critical deadlines which may cause stress but great leadership and guidance is always provided.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very inclusive and welcoming environment.  There are many company events to encourage this.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work mostly from home, so there are less distractions and I can be very focused. I enjoy not being micromanaged.

Paysafe is a company that cares about the employees we have free catered lunches every month. They also provide breakfast and coffee. We are multicultural employees all over the world and the management treat all employees as their extended family. What I learned with the co. Is if you work hard you will be recognized by your colleagues as well as the upper management by giving you promotion. Paysafe is a fast face co. Our work culture is all about pioneering, courageous, Focused and be open. Paysafe is a fast face co. You need to keep improving  yourself by taking courses online paid by the co. Paysafe Group Plc is a cool place to work

- The typical day at work is Contacting  Stakeholders of the current projects, Vendors  selections,  placing orders, reviewing contracts, reviewing budget...
-I learned so much through the provided training throughout the Company(ex London UK, Montreal..), and through University courses.
-Friendly management.
- Workforce culture is good. Employees are friendly and approchable. 
-The hardest part of the job is dealing with so many Entities throughout the world and tracking down so many projects.
-The most enjoyable part is meeting the stakeholders of the projects internally and externally .

Paysafe group has evolved from the merging of many different companies involved in the online gaming/gambling and payment processing around the world.

If you're looking for a place where you can move around, try out different departments and advance, this place is great. The culture is good and in another sense, there are a lot of cultures there because most people start out as CSR's and it's necessary to have language support for 20+ languages around the world as it's a global company.

A typical day at work usually includes large volume of work and having the need to multitask and operate efficiently. Any room for laziness and lack of help from teammates can lead to queues/volume of work falling behind. Teamwork and individual responsibilities are key for the success of the department and company as a whole. Management needs to worry less about micro management and more about individual contribution to the team and the efficiency of the team as a whole.

Good place to work but recommend being local to the Montreal office.

The company does not have international processing capabilities unless you work with their e-wallet, Neteller. However the rate for Neteller is high for standard merchants looking to accept payments online. No North American mobile processing although they will say they do.

Working remotely puts you at a disadvantage in this corporation while they still focus on those local to Montreal.

Overall company culture is open and fun but cross-departmental communication is challenging due to siloed team initiatives. Reporting and data analytics need to be expanded to facilitate a more pro-active approach to Merchant performance. Products and Services are innovative but tend to be launched before they are fully developed making it seem like a constant work in progress.

Generally, it's a good place to work in. People are generally nice and helpful, made a few good friends. Travel opportunity is high (US and EU).
Management is OK, not the best not the worst either.
Salary/benefits is above industry average.
But there's little chance of advancement/promotion, unless you're thick with the Executives. Merit-based promotion is very rare.

Fast paced company and recently gone public. Challenging projects, & decent benefits. Frequent changes at the ExCo level with too many VPs and C level executives which results in a siloed company. New CEO will hopefully make a positive change and bring in a more competent team.
Product structure is complex.
Knowledgeable Dev department with very able managers, 4-5* teams across the globe - I recommend working in that department. 

Paysafe has a number of verticals, there's a mix of both old and new technologies. Exposure to technology depends solely on the team you get selected in.
Management does not have clearly defined goals for Montreal tech department, since most of the work is being outsourced to India.
Rest of the departments are quite stable Like- operations, finance.
