I was actually going into this job with high hopes with it being close to where I live and being a newer company expanding in the area. Upon starting though it was very clear I had joined a department that was spiraling out of control. My "manager" was nowhere to be seen to aid in orientation and any form of training. That lack of leadership caused my fellow coworkers to try to train me without being properly trained themselves. For being in a job that required a bunch of warehouse and logistics work it had no form of proper organization causing delays in retrieving items and certain items being misplaced from lack of proper identification and documented placement. All of my fellow coworkers were great guys trying their best to keep up with what they were given. But I left after a very short period for having no idea or way of trying to help and improve conditions.

Is the saying around campus. 
Full time employee for a few years. I'm told on a daily bases by workers that "no one could pay them enough to wear a green hairnet". It's true, they're not. Was promised annual raises and they haven't done it since 2019. People constantly going on mental health leave due to management.
They'll fire all the good staff or mentally break them, but keep all the people causing all the issues. Then throw "swag" at you like it's a band-aid to make things better. 
The building is so poorly built. Constantly seems like they're throwing money away buying terrible equipment.
Hire 10+ people every week through a temp. agency who leave after the first week. Or they'll be a temp for 16months before you actually get hired on full time. 

Working at peace was my favourite experience on a site thus far. It all comes down to your team and the energy they give off. I was so lucky to have amazing coworkers and was able to be hired on quickly. Have a good attitude, good work ethic, open to some laughs, and you will enjoy your time there as I did. That being said as with any company who is growing quickly there were a lot of changes most staff did not agree with. The result of these changes really dampened energy levels, enthusiasm in the workplace, and unfortunately lead to many people searching elsewhere.

FAR TOO MUCH FAVOURITISM .... don't expect to be treated fairly.  Management tells you they are there for you, but they aren't.  For some reason they don't want to deal with major staff issues.  "We hear you" is a line they like to use to appease you.  They may hear but they don't care.  Expect to get pushed (and I mean pushed) to get product out ... no bonus for working like a dog ... and treated like a dog!  Most dogs are treated better!  Heard the more product that goes out the bigger the bonus is for management!  What about the people that actually do the work??  Oh wait ... more rush orders!!!!! Different rules for different people. 

This is a great company to work for. They value your input, and have a great working environment. I find that if you are honest and willing to learn, they are more than willing to teach you what you need to know. I had very little cannabis experience before this position. Working in client care has been the most reward experience I have had at any job I have ever had. The clients are great and if you approach your work with an open mind, you'll meet truly awesome people.

Overall a great experience working here. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Management is great and is extremely caring and compassionate. Organized company with lots of room to advance given you are a good worker. Educational and opens doors to many possibilities. This company truly appreciates everyone’s hard work and shows it by having large gatherings for all staff to enjoy coffee and pizza days. Amazing company to be apart of!

If you want to be treated like dirt and paid worse look no further, these guys tried to replace their entire plant care staff with a foreign workforce from Mexico and paid them 2 dollars less then locals because they “couldn’t find people locally” despite their extremely high turnover rate. 

Management sucks, wage isn’t enough for the work you do, communication is horrible throughout the company, no OT pay, they lack the proper training for new employees, this place has gone really downhill since starting there 

I worked there for 4.5 years and never had a raise. The insurance benefits were fairly good. The communication is lacking between management and production workers.
