Peavine Inn& Suites

Typical day starts with overview of daily reports and interaction with employees. Requisition orders, and complaints, new staff training.
Safety visual audit of Hotel and F&B areas.

Check emails for immediate response. Check Occupancy levels.
Make necessary adjustments to schedules and update with staff.
Forecast schedules, meetings, Revenue and Loss balances.

Network with all Department managers to better serve the guests and uphold brand of Hotel.

Assist GM, F&B Wait staff, and Front Office when required.

I have alot of years of experience behind the Front Desk. I had the best training through The Pomeroy Group. 
There is no uniform so staff was dressing in t-shirts and leggings. Manager walked around in t-shirts and jeans. 
I found the General Manager to be very unprofessional towards myself as well as other female staff. He was rude and condicending

Absolutely loved working there, great boss, great hours and awesome co-workers, overall great environment. hardest part of the job was all the extra cleaning such as stripping rooms completely & cleaning top to bottom. I learned teamwork was a must!

A typical day consisted of cleaning all rooms etc making beds, putting clean linen as needed, stripping of beds n bathrooms, shining the chroom after its been cleaned and disinfected same as bath tubs and tiles my usual day was a busy day as I worked alone on the floor by myself handling 21 rooms a day.

I enjoyed it a lot but at times other workers would like to cause trouble for you or they would cut your hours for family workers but other than that you enjoyed what you do helping people enjoy the banquet they signed up for :)

Was a great job was hoping to make it to a career but had personal  problems  but the atmosphere was awsum I knew what I had to do daily and I was harday ever pushed to hurry or rush on my work plus I was always available  to take a shift for the jantiorri8 division ax wll

Loved it , learned a lot, great boss, awesome co workers. Enjoying learning new things ,when I was new to working in a kitchen. Unfortunately I had to leave this employment due to lay offs. Would love again to work  inside a kitchen once again

the job was okay the only problem was that they didn't pay me i had to quit in order to get what they had owed for my hours spent there overall besides the dishwashing everything was great learning from kitchen staff

Its and wonderful place to work, everyone works as a team. My experience with CEO were wonderful, they let you do your job and gives you their trust

Working for this company was enjoyable. The management was great the hotel was clean and organized. Monthly meeting..Management always on task and helpful
