LAYOFF LAYOFF LAYOFF. if you are just looking for a job and dont care about moving up, benefits, bad management, get put down all the time then this is the job for you. 

But if your looking for a career with all the perks like training and insurance then again RUN that not here.

All the post that gives it 4.5 stars are old and very old from the days this used to be a great place to work (Server beach/peer 1) when Cogeco took over its been on the fast track to being number zero place to work.

Funny they ask some people to post positive things when there are no real positive things to say.  

I would give ZERO stars for this company but it will not let you.

Peer 1 is a great place to work, amazing people, great balance and tremendous focus on people and culture. However, it seems there is more focus on the icing on the cake, rather than the substance of the cake itself. Major change in leadership in 2014 and they haven't yet righted their course. Slow decision making, major customers leaving, senior management turnover etc. No doubt Peer 1 is a great place to work - they just needs to get their feet underneath them again.

My fellow employees were quite lovely individuals but there was a great deal of backstabbing and attempts to make allegiances against one another making for a hostile environment to start. Management showed favoritism and believes in the general idea of having a vague set of reasons for termination.

When I worked under contract with peer it was for sick relief for approximately 4 months.

Very well run and structured payroll department.

Must say with all the contract work I had done in the past this company had one of the best if not the best management.

at work every one work hard share information, help colleagues in case of work load.
management is always come forward in case of any issue and resolve issue within normal rules and regulations

Lack of management, the promotions are based on friendship. Lack of clear direction. 

Small organization with a lot of Directors and VP's.

It was a good experience working at Peer1 Hosting. I learned alot from that company. Everybody including the manager were very friendly and helpful. The management always thinking about their employer and the benefits were excellent.

still going through challenges from the previous purchase and management level is not the best. New opportunities with new owner but a lot of executives and structure is confusing.

The company doesn't have any direction, no clear understanding of job responsibilities. No work life balance, toxic culture and lots of drama among co-workers and managers. Won't recommend working here.

Provide the required financial information to the stakeholders
Prepare all the bank reconciliation 
Reconcile all the liabilities and asset accounts on a monthly basis
