I held 3 positions in this company. My first position was terminated after 18 months. Then the Sales Assistant quit and I was put in that position temporarily until I had to officially apply for it and got it. Then the Senior Accountant quit and I filled in for that position until they officially gave me that position.

Never questioned jumping into these positions to being a great team player even when I did not know if I would end up with that position. I did it for the good of the company I always feel that it will come back to me fulfold if I am a team player.

I learned so much here I did all the financial reporting monthly for the company and all its departments. Filed the financial numbers to our parent company through an online program. I got good accounting experience in these positions.

It was a great work experience for me because it covered all aspects of the Health and safety program so there was great exposure for me, along with some great training challenges.

If you don't mind working for a company where your boss has less credentials than you..and makes it YOUR responsibility to do their job..well then go for it.

Secretary in key management positions are just not good for company moral. And it makes her husband, oops boss happy..

Like getting your dog walker to take care of your kids...

The management on production side is arrogant and laughed on the phone as he was talking about possible layoffs. Absolutely disgusted with that type of attitude. 2 of the managers are married and it is very known that she will get her way...even when she is wrong. The staff themselves were awesome to work with

No trust between management and floor staff alot of miserable faces and a stressful working environment good pay for the area.  Over the time I have worked here things just seem to keep going downhill.  Quantity over quality seems to be the new normal.  Its very sad.

Was a terrific way of gauging the oil and logging industries in Western Canada.  Superb way of meeting the business owners throughout the oil patch.  All contacts had to be developed, through travel throughout towns and cities in BC and AB.

Always something to do always on walky talky in contact with working crew moving parts with forlift or trailers with Yale. Picking orders for the workers with the forklift.

Environment was rushed, fast paced, and high stress almost 24/7. Lots of work and very active workplace meant ending days exhausted and not ready for the next day

I enjoyed working on the variety of different trailers, and
made some good connections with some good people.
I liked that i got to learn most of my mig welding skills with
peerless, it had some challenges.

All about the bottom line not very supportive of staff it's all about them 
Pay is not worth the stuff you deal with in most site's would not work for them again
