A very fast-paced and occasionally stressful place to work, especially in the summer months. Shifts were always eight hours but management made sure you had a break. 

Started at minimum wage salary. Occasionally received tips at the service bar but it was sporadic and not anything large. Also received a $50 gift card for the winery every month (taxable) and a generous employee discount. 

Depending on how individual and group targets were met for the day, "Peller Bucks" can be accumulated and used to purchase wine. 

Really enjoyed working here but with a lower salary and not a lot of tips, there are better positions in the food and customer service industry.

Poorly, poorly organized. Different departments do not talk to each other, resulting in the business looking unprofessional to the customer. Lack of communication makes the retail job stressful as there is never enough time to prepare for the functions that you are tasked to lead.

Management is a bunch of bull****** They will tell you to do one thing and then get mad for doing another They treat all the workers terribly especially the harvest workers I felt bad for the kids coming in to do the harvest it just wasn’t right overworking everybody for such an under payment

Good education and opportunities. Large company with many wineries across Canada. They have an advanced educating system with professional educators and will  financially reimburse if you are successful in your courses.

Amazing job with many perks! Great at making employees feel appreciated. Lots of free wine! Great staff and management. Easy to grow and move up within the company. Highly recommend!

Very good Company to work for. Everyone there is always happy and willing to give a helping hand if needed. Also when the time comes to do the work everyone gets down and busy to get the job done.

The only good things to say about this place are a handful of good and kind employees. Management will make u want to jump in front of a moving vehicle most days.

Great staff and great management learn a lot about the wine and customer engagement. perks you get free wine for making specific sales and for reaching specific quotas on sales of the wine.

Good culture towards staff and customers. Very seasonal work wjth layoffs and limited hours in off season. Training and support is available as required.
