This company is only good to work for if you're looking to get a quick job for the summer or something similar. There's no room for advancement, no pay increase, no benefits. People that have been working for 2 years before you get paid the same for more or less work done. Supervisors are rarely ever on site and there is something new to do every month, which you have no say in AT ALL; despite you being the one having to deal with it. Your managers are always talking behind their mangers backs to you, and there is no professionalism at all.. The CEO of the company will walk in and treat you as if you don't even exist, just ask you if it's busy and leave. People who say this job is amazing probably have no life outside of signing in packages and handing them out and love being told what to do.

I loved working for penguin pickup. Every single person I met from the company, including my manager, VP of operations, and others were very nice and understanding. They made themselves available at all times to help myself and my other coworkers if we needed it. The attitude of the workplace just made me feel like I was really a part of the company, and I wanted to make sure it did well.

I made a pretty nice experience with PenguinPickup. I had a great store manager and nice collegues. They didn't pay much about minimum wage, but I just worked a seasonal position. I worked in the storage room and in the front with customers.
Only bad experience: I had co-workers, that didn't take their duties serious and the others had to do it or do it again, because it wasn't done properly.

Everyone is treated equally; those who actually work hard and those who show up an hour late and just go on their phone. There are rarely consequences for anything which leads to hardworking staff to be taken advantage of.  Serious lack of training and support from management. Company lacks structure on every level. Huge turnover rates for a reason. 

I enjoy this job. It is relaxed and understanding. It is easy to do, it is easy to catch on. It all depends on your team,. Everyone at my site is on the same page,  we communicate constantly. 

A joke company. Will never care about their employees as much as the higher-ups. Hours were cut 3 times within a year. Communication is abysmal. They never fire anyone, only keeps them at the least amount of hours humanly possible so they'll just quit. 

Get along with you boss and coworkers then your job goes pretty smoothly. You will find yourself busy on certain days depending on the hours, and there is a lot to learn but after a few weeks you're solid. Downside is the low pay but pretty good for a starter job.

easy job, too much information, but so easy to understand. 
I could solve customers' inquiries, work by myself was a good thing.
the management is good, some of them need training.
no benefits, no change contract when you become fulltime.

It is supposed to be a good place to work but there is too much office politics. They don’t know how to judge people’s productivity. Company do not care about its employees.

I strongly advise against working at PenguinPickUp.
Unprofessional and dishonest management.
No room for growth and vague promises.
Internal problems going on all the time.
