The women in the office are treated horribly by upper management. The agreed upon salary was not paid. There is no proper training done, you need to learn by yourself and you are not supposed to get up and go ask someone a question. I was hired as an account manager but then was referred to in office as a customer service rep. This position is actually a sales role - from intro to new client to quoting to the final sale before processing the purchase order. Pay was not reflective of the amount of work.

If you want to be underpaid and overworked, asked to do dangerous tasks without the proper equipment, lied to about policies , promised raises and advancement only to have them threatened/taken away, Pentagon is the place for you.

Little to no training, every move micro managed, short staffed every other day and need to not only complete missing staffs work but also stay on top of your own.   You ask for help and don’t get it, then when you make a mistake you are reprimanded for it. Poor management. 

Work process needs to be streamlined , actual job itself was easy at first but gets manually taxing after a while because of holding the springs in place and trying to fight the tension

This company cares about profit and that is about it.
They will pay as little as they can and demand everything from you.
If you are hurt get hurt. They will fire you but make it seem like you were part time.

A good workplace for someone living in the area , pay could be a little higher for people traveling from afar. Safety is an issue and mechanical movement of work could be better

Management couldn't care less for you, pay raises never happen and very unsafe work at times, they never actually fix things just work around it until it breaks again.

I really enjoy working here. The role is quite good. The pay is really good. I wake up every morning wanting to work. It is fast paced and you will never be bored.
