Remote WFM Position. Management expects you to work independently and if you ask them for help, they will be very annoyed. Senior colleagues (all WFH) are not helpful and will act like you are taking up their valuable time. The Sr. employees and Managers just want to get their own work done and get on with their day. No support for new hires and they will squeeze every drop of energy out of you and will not appreciate or commend you for your hard work. After awhile, this can make you feel devalued and unsupported.

Management was not supportive and was more set on creating reasons for employee failure, instead of helping employees succeed. Many high performing employees are misjudged and let go due to poor leadership.


Working for People to Go as a FIELD computer technician and as an independent contractor gave me a higher level of responsibility, as I had to troubleshoot, repair, liaison with Dell clients and constantly adapt to new Dell models and computers without the same supervision that I have had in previous positions held. This level of responsibility prepared me for taking on new roles within my job and learning how to balance everything without any formal instruction. This experience was paramount towards my growth as an independent contractor, as I feel I am able to access situations and take initiative with little to no supervision.

Was a fine place to work, got a lot of experience from working at various different sites. Management is ok but the owners are cheap and would rather hire people who don't know what their doing then paying for quality. Virtually non existent work place culture, was cool working with some of the other techs but that's about it. Good starting job for juniors looking to get experience but those with 3+ experience should stay away.

I did a consultant job and it was fine by then

I worked for them and it's a month now no payments received.

You work so hard from the company. If they wont like you  with no reason they will laid you off.

I worked at home conferencing with my manager and recruiters and each day I began at 5am and worked diligently on all the job requisitions my boss had for me. I continually went to coffee shops to interview local Candidates and did phone screenings for Candidates living in other provinces. I was never distracted and worked hard to fill all positions.

Responsible for personnel (IT) recruiting in Quebec and the Eastern provinces 
•	Overseeing the hiring process
•	Communicating with client to meet their demands in the most efficient way possible and favor repeat business
•	Coordinating with different departments to ensure efficiency of the process and maximize profitability


wasn't a bad experience , only issue is if the girls like you they will send you work order and if not they wont , other issue i had is when i started working i was getting a work order for every work i do in the same site  but ended up doing many works in one site under same work order , witch mean less pay.
