I have been working with the company for a few years now and I still enjoy working here.  The people are friendly, including the people who live and work here.  It's a bright, pleasant environment, and it feels like a second home.  The people I work with work hard, they are sincere and good people.  Benefits are good and overall a great place to work.  After all these years, I still consider myself lucky to be employed in this inclusive environment where the work is meaningful.  Everyone that works here contributes to the health and wellbeing of the people who live here one way or another, and that is important.  I am a very proud employee.

What is the best part of working at the company?
the kindness; most of the staff and residents are very kind 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
as a server, sometimes that itself is the most stressful thing. on the other hand, i can’t think about anything that the company itself makes stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the work environment is overall positive and there are diverse cultures throughout the staff and residents

The worst part about this job was the management. They treat you like your replaceable and are never praised for any work you’ve done, therefore there’s no desire to do better as an employee. As a housekeeper you feel looked down on. The residents are very nice and and enjoyed them but management is what makes you feel uneasy. I would really recommend avoiding this place entirely. Found myself burnt out very often.

I really enjoy working here. I've only been here for a couple days, but I already feel like I'm at home. It is a stressful and hard job, I won't beat around the bush with that one. You get off work and you're exhausted, you're feet hurt, your back hurts, when you sit down its hard to get back up. But you're doing it for a good purpose - to help the elderly maintain a clean, welcoming home and environment. I love what I'm doing. 

They are very nice people, I worked as a waitress for the elderly in Camden area. Some people I worked with was ok. For the amount of work you did minimum wage was not cutting it so that's why I left.

After a few years with the company, I continue to find working here very rewarding.  The residents who live here are kind and warm.  The staff work hard every day and are a great bunch of people.  Everyone here is friendly and helps to make this a good place to work.  Benefits are good, atmosphere is bright and cheery.

Great environment with friendly people all around. My job is busy and my team and boss are good to work with. I like the way this place feels like a community.  Benefits come with the job too.

Love the work and very challenging.  I was eager to learn new things and was encouraged too. I worked as a team and got along with everyone.  Park Tower provided a positive work environment.

Thought it would be a great place to work and help older people but i was wrong staff was not great to work with and they treated the residents like a number on a piece of paper
