Everyone I have spoken to from my interview to now have been immensely helpful, welcoming, kind, friendly. Working for Perfection Cleaning I feel very seen, rewarded for positive feedback and accommodated. The support team that I text for same-day/urgent inquiries are also astounding; they're always very informative and kind, and they act and speak like real people, not robots, which is extremely reassuring. It's still always professional, of course, but without the coldness that usually accompanies professionalism. I have nothing but good things to say about working with this  company.

This place is amazing! Management is very supportive in making sure you have the right tools and know how to do the job. Communication is great as there are many ways to reach out to support staff if help or guidance is needed. You get to choose where your service area includes and wages are very fair. Plus they do different contest's and rewards each month. Overall I think this is a great atmosphere and by far one of the best company's I have ever worked for. I love my Perfection Cleaning Family.  

I've really enjoyed working for this company! The team morale is fantastic, and the atmosphere is always uplifting. The support from management is top-notch, especially when navigating some of the more demanding client requests. They’re always there to help, which makes a big difference. While cleaning can be challenging at times, I've learned so much along the way and truly feel valued as part of the team. The kindness of most clients also makes the work even more rewarding. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I’m grateful for the growth and support I’ve received!

I enjoy working with clients and helping them with there needs, it’s satisfying when I’m about to leave and clients acknowledge how much I have helped in areas they are unable to get to or too busy. 

The company has treated me fairly I love all the team building activities and really love how they have a program for our children or grandchildren to write a letter to Santa and something will be under the tree for the kids! I have not been at a company that cares about family in such a way thank you.

I've worked for Perfection Cleaning for two years and my experience has been great. Management is supportive of goals in and outside of work. Culture is team oriented- what you put in is what you get out. Hardest part is clients (if they aren't kind or being difficult). Would definitely recommend working in this positive, upbeat environment.

I love working with Perfection Cleaning! Everyone from the co workers to the admins to the management work together to make sure the job is done right. The company really emphasizes respect and professionalism and there is always someone available to ask a question or get help from. The clients are amazing as well and I love being able to build a relationship with them. Best of all, the tips are great!

With experience and no need of training the wage should reflect this but unfortunately it does not. Some customers I had complained that they requested me but office did not send me back. They do not accept that when there is an issue like parking or road conditions you are just expected to figure it out and get to work. 

This company is dedicated and hardworking when it comes to the cleaning industry. They take pride in making sure their clients are happy with the service being provided and that their cleaning staff has all the supplies needed to do a great job! I’ve worked for Perfection Cleaning for 2 years now and the flexibility of hours is definitely a bonus and I’m happy to say this is a excellent company to work for.
