You must be prepared to keep the work area clean and all equipment in good working order, must be a self starter

This place will ruin your family life. They're expectations are for you to do everything correctly and when you're not at their speed. Then you're shunned and basically sitting waiting to give them an excuse to terminate your employment. Hope you like being away from home. They put you up in nice hotels most of the time. It's a place to sleep and that all it is as you'll be lucky to find time to call you spouse at the end of your 16 hour day.

Very good place to work. They teach lots of skills even with no prior experience. Huge safety focus while on the job. Opportunities to learn different roles at the company.
