You will never have stability, no matter how much effort or sacrifices you make. The US portion of the company is miserable, full of gossip and negativity. HR has fallen short many times regarding bullying and mismanagement. They do not respect each other or themselves, they do not care about their employees and you will always be a number. Promotions? What promotions. You are used then thrown to the curb. The only “positives” are working from home (even though workload is heavy while the pay is minimal) and the nice staff who are also very overworked and do not deserve the stress and lack of support. Stay far away if you value your health. 

You are just a number. 
Salary is almost not liveable. American side is paid better than the Canadian side. 
The private insurace is expensive 
The work load is outragious 
10 on 10 do NOT recommend. 

You will feel like going back to High School. They count how many times you got the bathroom, answer a personal call. Who do you talk to the most at the company.... EVERYTHING!

Great team culture and strong focus on quality. Fast-paced marketing projects but very rewarding to see the impact of our products on users' lives and health

Horrible place to work. Very toxic . Management is lost and you will be treated like nothing but a number.  Very low pay. Benefits are good but that’s about it.
