What is the best part of working at the company?
This one is hard one to answer because there is not many good things to say about permolex ltd.  I will say this.  If ur on their favorites list, your ok.  If ur not,  then watch out.  They like embarrassing people through the plant wide email system and like bring up things people did in the past  just to embarass them.  Upper management blames people first if something goes wrong and does not know how to apologize if  was not the person's fault. Kind of toxic atmosphere.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper Management micro manages the supervisors and employees.   Upper Management belittles its employees and even when they are wrong they never apologize.  Because they always think  they are right and thst they are never wrong.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is stressful because you never know what kind of mood upper management is in and the employees are always walking in egg shells.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Looking over your shoulder and always worried if ur going to get belittled by management.   Being told to do other work that does not pertain to their duties.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Sometimes bonuses, but the extra work thrown at you should have been another yearly wage. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unrealistic employee expectations and workload

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic employees, coworkers and bosses. No HR. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful. Overworked and underpaid.

Prefect place for someone who’s lazy and unmotivated, if you are a good worker you’ll be stuck picking up the slack of the lazy employees which far out number the good ones. You’ll be told that things will change for the better but it’s all smoke and mirrors. So if you enjoy cleaning mold and maggots out of food processing equipment, or covering a ridiculous amount of shift because the company is too cheap to hire,train, or retain staff, this is the place for you. 

Nasty toxic culture.  Anyone of talent is driven away from this place.  Not many long term staff and they can’t hire people fast enough to replace the ones running out of the building.

If it came down to working here or inside a burning dumpster, pick the dumpster.

I’m not disgruntled.  I’m stunned that they managed to find such a collection of miserable people to work out of one building.

Permolex has been very good to me, I can't say anything bad about them.  Because of the opportunities provided to me by them I was able to achieve a dream and purchase my first home.  They are the best company I have ever worked for, I know that sounds great but before I worked there I worked for some TERRIBLE companies (hotsy Edmonton).  So things could only get better after that experience

Expectations are high yet employees (hourly/salary) are belittled, openly criticized and undervalued. There are some good people who have been there for a long time but are not all happy, they conform to fit in to the current culture. HR and GM openly discuss employees in front of others.

Terrible place to work. Felt like an abusive  relationship.  Management assign you the tasks of 3 other positions, and scream in your face when you fail on a simple error, the try and butter you u with “bonuses” it clearly affects other employees because they’re all just burnt out and miserable. Overworked and underpaid. 

Good people. I enjoyed my time there. Just high turn over rate. Lots of people getting let go or quitting. Very hectic at times. A lot of dissension between the different departments. A lot of finger pointing. But if ur an adult and dont care about the bull then can get by.

No communication, no help, no one knows what their job is, training there sucks, ppl are stuck up and stressed out, workplace culture sucks, nothing positive to say about working at this dump they don’t know how to run an organization in a professional way. 

if you get a job interview to be a packer don;t if they do not like you they will get ride of you right before your 3 mouths and your man boss will not rember your name or take to you
