If you put in the work and actually do the work every week and keep your work-sites managed and educated you can definitely keep your work days short. That said do not expect bonuses, commissions or extra money for Fungal treatments like you'd get at most every other company. As well expect to travel often to cities and areas within an hour or two of your hired area as they pick up piece-meal contracts in middle of nowhere areas. The salary is decent but with the average in Canada being almost 61K for a decent tech it falls pretty short. Contracts are certainly whatever is available and tend to be lower income apartments with property management and tenants that expect miracles while not putting in effort to work with the process what-so-ever.

people are great. teamwork was ok but sometime you get no help. sometime work expected was not able to be done it was too much. many people call in sick and you have to do thier work and your own. pay was below average and not enough help from management. some days long others short. little training for new staff they expect you know it even if new to pest control. hard to deal with some tenants and staff at buildings made day rough. one manager very good he knew what to do and would help you but was always too busy so hard to ask. almost no regular meetings or training so bad work continued and customers get upset then they yell at you.

A typical day as a dispatcher meant organizing technicians’ schedules, planning routes, and keeping the day running smoothly. I learned a lot about time management, communication, and problem-solving, and I felt trusted to make decisions when things changed last minute. Management was supportive and available when I had questions, and the workplace culture was team-oriented and respectful. The hardest part of the job was adjusting schedules quickly when unexpected situations came up, but it helped me become more organized. The most enjoyable part was seeing everything come together and knowing I played an important role in helping the team and customers.

I was joined this company since 2020 still I am working here this company was grateful and good staff also it's one of the fast growing company in Ontario

It's noting was stressful in this company so far so good 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly nice staff nice place to work here

New person always got blames to things even when I wasn’t there. Boss was degrading and other dispatcher was rude and ignorant to people and the other staff. Nothing was done about it and no one cared. The people said just brush it off it will go away but how do you brush it off when the whole office seen it.

If you are a professional, customer services oriented, self problem-solving, loyal, love to help people, then you'd enjoy working as pest control technician and would have no issue dealing with managment or with customers.

They treat thier employees so unfair ,have to work under pressure and most of their stuff are very mean don't really watch their language.  Feel sorry for people who have no option except working here.

They treat you well, with respect. Customer service is excellent.  Office is very friendly, care about you and family. Always up to date. The main thing they conduct quality control, so gained trust as a vendor. 

Fast paced environment full of team players.  Management is great and very accommodating to work life balance.  Growth potential is there and I have seen people rise from within the corporation.

Everyday was different, sometimes even bad. But the management has your back with a  positive attitude every time. Salary pay so I could see my kids early some days. Commission bonus pay would be great.
