This place is terrible to work for, unless you kiss a lot of butt; you’ll never amount to anything. Management are power trippers, they do not listen to employee concerns; they tend to takes sides and listen only to who they choose. They work you like dogs for next to nothing and expect you to improve daily without complaints. I do not recommend this place if you’re not ready to get dirty and to be treated unfairly.

I do not recommend this place if you’re not ready to get dirty and to be treated unfairly. Don't  work  there  if you  don't  believe  me  go see by yourself. I promise you ,you will  regret !!!!!!!!

The people,happy go lucky and easy to talk with

Month end, i'm in accounting, the deadline to get things done is quick

very mixed culture but everyone gets along and helps each other

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy but manageable with little stress

It's just a paycheck nothing more nothing less, to be honest. You will not advance anywhere. They treat you like less than a robot. You breathe in toxic stuff all day every day. Management treats you like hot garbage.

If you just need a paycheck and are ok lifting up to 60lbs all day every day then be my guess. It was a good first job for me cuz it showed me what I liked and didn't like from a job.

What i can say about this place? Well they pretty much treat you like another link in the chain. They don't care if you work there for a week or a year. No real chance to go anywhere with them. Management isn't professional at all. It was just a pay check to me and that's how i treated it. Nothing more nothing less.

This is a horrible job. They do not care how hard you work or how much dedication you put in. What ever you do they always want you to do better. They work you like dogs for next to nothing. They don't care about you at all. I do not recommend this place. Don't work there if you don't believe me go see for yourself, you will regret it!

It was a great experience with co workers and leaders.They are very cooperative and friendly.They have many products and they produce in their own fields and utilize everything in different manner.

Management and the co workers are a great group of people to work with. Keep in mind this is a place that works with feed and feed products. Fair wage and great for those who want overtime. Can get very stressful but that’s apart of the job and life. 

Amazing Bosses and People to work with! All the drivers are super friendly! Work environment could be better, way to dusty and mice running around. The time management could also be done better. 

Not recommended at all.no job security! Few interviews plus work experience checking, difficult to get the job, after few months, fire you without any reason.
