They try to give a work-life balance to avoid burnout. Winter is their busiest season, with the summer being slower so there is ample opportunity to get in your vacation time.

There is a lot to learn about the company, so it's best to be an "eager-beaver".
They are happy to let you run with it, if you work hard and are willing to learn.

They do run a lean organization, but this can lead to some great learning and work opportunities if you're open to it.

Was a good learning experience. Both politically as well as professionally.  Was a not so good time fo be with the company as they were growing at an exponential rate, much too fast to keep proper policy in order and personnel up to date. Big changes that were not lead properly include the data management system that was put on the shoulders of a fresh college grad who dodnt understand full picture.

Work out of town for most of time. Great money and benefits. The equipment they make you use is really dated and not well maintained. Organization is very poor due to too many managers. To many horses trying to lead the wagon.

Very good place to work… shop assistant is an amazing first job- would recommend. Teach you lots to know about work and everyday life. You learn how a full time job works and how a company is ran with there open management. If you work hard you will be rewarded! 

Great place to work, everyone is friendly, the office is very relaxed, they pay well, no complaints. I even got to have my own office and not just a cubicle!

I really enjoyed working in the field with this companies employee's during my time there in the busy season. When worked slowed down, so did the positive culture.

Fun place with fussball table, flexible hours, open door management, great interactions. Inovation and creativity are encouraged. Multicultural and flexible.

Good company to work for. Like the location since it is close to fort Saskatchewan.  Strong team environment with a smaller company feel.  Would recommend to others

Great place for people who are innovative and who are capable of wearing many different hats.  People with versatile skill set will succeed.
