Their open-door policy and willingness to listen make me feel valued and respected. They encourage professional growth and ensure that I have the resources and training needed to excel in my role.

The workplace culture at Phoenix Energy is another highlight. It's a positive, collaborative environment where teamwork is highly encouraged. Everyone here is committed to the company's success, and there's a strong sense of closeness among colleagues. The culture promotes a healthy work-life balance, which I deeply appreciate. 

Overall, it is a great place to work. They are very community-driven and are very active in participating and donating their time and money to great causes in each of their many locations.

like the title implies, there is a major lack of professionalism in regards to communicating with staff. most employees have zero idea what’s going on with work, or how internal processes (ie jump kits, storage/handling, truck cleaning, etc) and they do not communicate with you regarding simple questions or requests. it makes it really difficult to work here, and I’ve never felt like a valued employee

Nothing was good. Management was terrible

Working with manager and supervisor 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible work conditions.  Worked alot with non English speaking people, co workers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Safety meeting, training . No communication

Working as an Industrial Medic with Phoenix was a really good experience. Pay was top notch, dispatch/management was easy to work with, truck/MTC was next to new, was given very good medical supplies/equipment to use.

Work can be spotty, hit/miss, but that can typical of the industrial medical industry. Would definitely work for them again if they had more work. Would recommend to a friend.

I found that when i pushed myself to be better at my role the company took notice and i was rewarded with additional pay and responsibilities.   The management team always have time for me and are very straight shooters. I appreciate the company vibe and growth strategy. It is a very inclusive environment even though it is growing very fast.

Open door mentality. Management is always ready to talk.

Didn't really have anything to stress about.

Family friendly, open door policy 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up, put in a good days work for a good days pay.

Management are easy going and very considerate. Good listeners. High morale. Room for growth. I would definitely work for them again. Hardest part of job is sitting/standing outside tank for long hours monitoring air with very few breaks.

This is a really good company to work for. I have experienced very few jobs with this high a level of morale from the leadership to the coworkers. If you good good work, they will do their best to keep you busy. Excellent communication and a very positive culture. The work is good and they pay quite fairly. They also supply what is needed to get the job done right.

Lots of room to grow and advance in the direction you want to, very employee orientated. Not sure what the problem with the last review, seems they either have a grudge or they meant to post under Phoenix Electrical instead because i have not seen anything like that here in the past 3 years.

Was a pleasure to wake up every morning to head to work.  Management was easy to communicate with and trusted employees with work that was given. Little to no micro management. Wage was a little low for the industrial sector, but with the economy the way it is, it was just right.
