What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good thing about working at pinAcle is payday and five pm which is quitting time. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful thing is management. There is no support and it is chaos. All they care about is how they look and money 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic the managers talk behind employees backs to other employees. And everything is last minute. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
From the minute u get there it’s negative and u don’t know what the day holds. It’s a same day pickup so do all your transfers, pick orders, rush orders , load unload trucks. And unload containers.

From fittings to saw cutting days here were at the top in terms of productivity.

How to work well with team members for working as a team here is essential.

Management was the best, from benefits to vacation all the way to the staff parties.

Co workers were awesome and reliable.

Hardest part of the job was condensing everything into one day, not because it was short staff because there was a lot to do in every department.

Best part of the job was going home at the end of the day after a long day of work!

The people there were great to work with, and the work itself wasn't difficult to learn or excel at. The organization however was a mess; product was tracked by paper, and the Edmonton branch held stock for 2 other locations, making us extremely crowded. I also had personal differences with the Branch Manager, but that can change per person.

From the warehouse floor to senior management and the owners, everyone at PinAcle is appreciated, valued, and supportive. Compensation is second to none, and our inventory levels are among the strongest in North America. We work hard and play hard. As long as the current owners are here, I want to be part of the PinAcle family.

Big company but they treat you like family. Managers are always available to ask questions and really take pride in your development. Great team atmosphere and culture, with lots of oppurtunity to better yourself with a safe and stable  employer. Great benefits, paid days off and yearly raises-  doesn't really get any better. 

Warehouse manager is totally incompetent.Don't know how he was given this job, maybe a relative.The warehouse manager seemed to be hiring new people constantly as it seemed nobody could respect his authority.

During my work as a part-time warehouse assistant, I was introduced to plenty of new skills that were helpful to me inside and outside of the work place.

Management seemed very unprofessional and inappropriate, not a good sense of leadership. There did not appear to be any movement of employees ie advancement in areas 

Most IT jobs are automated. IT Manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. Learn a lot there. IT manager has a very systematic way to train me

Big company but not too many employees therefore we don't feel like you are just a number. Managers are easy to talk to, very nice company to work for. Overall a solid company
