They need to change the process. I worked in IT position, and we didn't have all the access to the systems in order to resolve customer's issues. If we need to resolve a medium issue, we need to call another call center to request help.
The supervisors doesn't know anything about IT only customer service, so, is not help in the floor.
You need to call the other department to get help, the call are long 40 to 50 minutes sometimes.
The boss of all department is very nice and conscious. He try to help you and also the supervisors, but they don't have the knowledge in IT.

The team I work with is a hard working team in the Merchant Services Industry.  This company (Originally Tangerine) was bought out by Pivotal Payments in 2008 and has improved over the years with Customer Service.  Very high demand job for sales and turn over is high but with the right angle, you can do very well financially and earn large amounts of bonus exceeding $2000/bi weekly after taxes.

Working in operations is like any call Center, the calls themselves can be tough but that’s not because of anything the company has done or not done. It’s just customers being customers. The place itself is great! Everyone from upper management to first level supervisors are friendly, inviting and supportive. The company ceo takes time out of his day to communicate to everyone where the company stands and offers great benefits as a reward for our success as a company. Many open doors in terms of going up the corporate ladder. 

Nice place to work, with disoriented management, I found that they are lacking the planning part, Co workers are great, but lot of people they hired they are not capable enough understand the process. their training are extensive, but the trainers not good enough explain the work process. Whatever they are providing in presentation all based on slides or theories. Most of the time during work I ask questions and none of them answered. Any way Great place Good Company with lack of planning and communication.

Mixed bag. I was there long enough to end up working for people I liked and wanted to work for, which was great. Could still be stressful. It's 37.5 hours full time unless you're salaried (which I believe was management level and up, I was under that level).

My working experience at Pivotal was very positive.  Dealing with the merchants was challenging and for the most positive.  My customer service skills were enhanced with positive feedback, training and coaching.  It is a great place to work.

Working at Pivotal, now known as Nuvei, was a great experience. I loved the collaboration between the various departments. The pay wasn't good, but it is a good place to learn. I have been told that the pay in higher now.

The company is ok. There is a lot of room for improvement. However, the focus is in external growth instead of internally growing employees' morale. High employee turnover.

The company has a great working environment with friendly coworkers, they have been acting like a startup for many years and have now started making changes to ensure they will be running as a major player for the future.
