I start whit a promess of they gonna help me to grow up there ...I was alone after a few days trying to understand how does guy are working WHITOUT ANY  ANSWER OF MY OWN MANAGER..
I try to get a few link whit the '' director of operation'' but is got no clue of what goin on in is own turf.
Like this stranger write up there ''it’s a very chaotic place with people trying their hardest to set you up to fail in order to protect their own interests.''

They fired me whitout any explication. Whitout any explication. It s says a lot ...


The exect 's gonna have to fired people or they gonna have to arrive in 2024. You can't treat people like that..

-Poor management
- Really poor director of operation
-no communication or leading advice of where they want to go.

Don't go there.. you guy's deserve better. 

was marred by a toxic workplace culture and disorganized management. The environment was competitive in the worst ways, fostering negativity and undermining team morale. Management was erratic and lacked clear communication, making it difficult to find direction or feel supported in our roles. Promises of growth and advancement went unfulfilled, leaving little room for professional development. This company suffers from a serious lack of leadership support and a detrimental work culture that affects overall employee well-being and job satisfaction. 

A career here starts off well. They talk the talk and make it sound attractive, but management is so dishonest and disjointed that it teeters on toxic, and as a result it’s a very chaotic place with people trying their hardest to set you up to fail in order to protect their own interests. 

It’s a revolving door due to the level of unprofessionalism from the top that trickles down to the management. 

Very few people here are happy, and the pay doesn’t even come close to making up for the poor ambience. 

Avoid, because it’s just not worth it. 

i joined here thinking this was the greatest place ever! with my enthusiasm i was very motivated to grow, i felt like i had to win my co workers and management in order to feel mentally good and ready, i never managed to grow in the way i wanted to and so my mental health declined badly after. I could not continue, very depressing place in the end. If you want to work in a cool place where they do cool projects and stuff but with maximum anxiety and feeling depressed? this is a your spot.

PixMob is great for people who like to challenge themselves and work in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving. It is not the right place for people who prefer a more structured, corporate-type of atmosphere. 

It's too mature to be a startup but feels like a startup. Collaboration is excellent, everyone is super helpful and fun to work with. 

A great number of employees there last 6 months or less. This is not a secure job in terms of long term employment. If you are young and looking for a short and intense work experience this may be for you. If you are looking for an established job, the management fires at a very fast pace then just starts hiring all over again. 

If your young and full of energy, if your looking to have fun at work with your colleagues this is the place for you ! If you have a life and family outside of work, then you might think it's a bit to much. The atmosphere is fun, but the work is intense, you are always on your toes, something will happened and you will work any time of the day, night, weekends. It is very fast pace.

Mostly production labour roles. Did admin assistant roles but the labour is not that hard. Mostly involved refurbishing led bands. Management hires on temporary basis and doesnt guarantee max hours Since it is not permanent position. Can lay you off at any time when work is not there. So you need to be very careful and look for permanent job side by side. 

The company is undergoing massive growth. It comes with some growing pains (naturally) but also with a very entrepreneurial culture, lots of room to grow personnally and have an impact. Not to mention working on some of the coolest entertainment events WW. 

they have more egos than I ever seen. The ceo is a joke and pays horrible. We hire friends of friends only and shocked the government hasn't stepped in. We also love to pay people base on their population in the company.
