It starts out great, everyone is friendly, hours are great. Once you get promoted hours are even better and you get paid 13 an hour..but once you have been there for a while things change. They will tell you to say certain things during a situation then kiss the franchise owners behind if they call in upset. Management is 50/50, depends if they come into work in a bad mood or not. They will cut your hours down to basically nothing and if you got a promotion, you will lose that too without notice or someone talking to you about it BEFORE it happens. Only way you will find out answers is literally hunting down Wayne, any other TL/management will tell you that they don't know why it happened or what is going on. Pay for working in house at the call centre is decent but the at home agents only get 3% of every order they put through before taxes and delivery, which is ridiculous. In order to make minimum wage for just one day you have to work more than 8 hours, and if you try to negotiate a higher % rate they will either ignore you or state that every agent is paid the same and it won't be changing for a long time (even though in the contract it says you can negotiate the % you receive). Basicslly if you're looking for a temporary job or something to do for extra income for 5 months then this is the perfect job for you. Honestly how they run their call centre and how they treat employees, plus how they sometimes treat customers, this place will probably keep losing business.

- No Discount despite long tenure
- Bonus System is almost impossible to earn without errors. Even more difficult to earn if you are a supervisor/Team Lead.
- Ordering System looks like it's out of the late 80's/early 90's and functions as if it is.
- Online ordering results in constant errors.
- Promotion through company is limited/non-existent, despite previous reviews

Overall: Unfulfilling work, good work goes unnoticed, new ideas shot down often.

Everyday at work, it seems to be filled with not only calls but jokes and some fun as well. Whether its just friends or co-workers joking around or competing who can receive and put through the most orders in a shift. Ive learned how to answer business phone calls properly, and in a quick and polite manner. Management was always understanding and reasonable as to whether a family situation came up or if you had an appointment to attend to. The hardest part about the job was just getting home afterwards whether it was from working till 1 am or 3 am.

This is hands down one of the best call centres I have ever had the pleasure of working at. I never want to leave this company :P

The staff are friendly and the job is easy, you simply just take their order and that's all at the CSR Level, I bet when I get to Management I will still have this same feeling about the plavce :)

initially was good to work at because of co-workers.  easy job.   no room for advancement.  no incentives.  see alot of people come and go.  if mgmt doesn't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you as I've seen and heard it myself.

They don't care about the well being of their employees. Left because I was being sexually harassed (many female employees were) and nothing was done about it. Very uncomfortable environment.

Great working environment with friendly people working around. Increases skills in dealing with people on phone around the city. Very good managers with helping nature and supportive.

The work-from-home contractor position is entirely commission-based. Training is unpaid and there's no base-pay. You'd likely be better off with a minimum wage job. 

Late hours, interesting co-workers. No discount. But worked very well with a full school scheduled.
