Days seem long and somewhat repetitive until promoted to customer
service agent. Customer service training is engaging and beneficial. 
Management could improve. some managers were very positive and
motivational and some were not. Overall good environment. Gives a warm and pleasant atmosphere for the most part. You must ensure that your overall performance meets the expectations. Also make sure to stay on the manager's good side or that could cause constant 
judgement.

Remote workers get paid purely commission, not worth it, as you are sometimes given orders that do not pay anything at all but take up a good chunk of time you could be making money. 

In office is fine, and the pay is average and the learning curve is easy for an inbound call center job. There is also free food every Friday.

Remote work that is pure commission is almost robbery, you end up taking 2-4x the call of in-office workers for the same pay. 

my typical shift was 5pm-2am.pizza nova call centre had amazing staff as my co-workers. I learned how to multitask and balance typing and talking at the same time.the hardest part was learning the codes. the most enjoyable part was pleasing customers.

It is a good place to work if you are in school and need a job to be financially stable . Very customer service oriented . The co-workers are good to get along with if you just focus on the job at hand. I enjoyed the pizza

A great job and really fun when being a part of an amazing team of professionals - everyone was so nice, pay was good and we got free pizza every week!

The place is fun to work at. Supportive staff and relaxes environment. Can be a little fast paced, but isn't every call center like that? Overall, would recommend for an international student or a beginner.

Great place to work great small community friendly staff and great people. Free food on Fridays and management is very flexible and they are easy to approach and are flexible 

It is usually busy, depending on the time of day that you work, but the atmosphere is very friendly and you can always ask questions if you are unsure about certain things.

I learned how to deal with difficult customers in a professional manner. The management was great, as they were easy to get along with and very understanding.
