Pros

Worked as a cashier and I enjoyed interacting with customers who came in. The store I worked at was only busy during certain hours (lunch, dinner) so it wasn't always too hectic.

Cons

When we are understaffed, it is a hassle to go between walk-in and phone call orders. When I first started off I had to study the menu to gain product knowledge, so my experience before I had a solid foundation was troublesome.

Advice to Management

Management was great, very flexible and worked with my schedule. However, new employees could use more time to understand the menu before starting work and dealing with real customers.

The job is boring actually. You do the same things everyday and there is no real fun. The pay is not enough as well. You have to work most mornings alone, do all the prep and cleaning and still get minimum wage. The owners are only concerned about saving money and least interested in giving any job satisfaction. And you're expected to answer calls and work from home without getting paid if you're in a managerial position. And you have to be available on call all the time for any issues. Even if it is your off day.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked mornings, I hated the quiet rush. After 5 is more lively with better coworkers

on a day to day basis it was very fun working but it can get slow and then you find yourself trying to find work for yourself to keep you busy but other than that handling customers orders all day is surprisingly fun it gives you great communication skills and shows U to always be on you best behaviour and just be nice to every one who walks into the restaurant.

The owners are very easy to get Along with, and very reasonable. It is a fast paced environment, which makes things fun, and the shift goes quick. 

I only quit the job, because I had moved to a different city. I would highly recommend this location, on Lakeshore Mississauga to anyone needing a job.

I worked for Pizzaiolo a little under 2 years now. and Its been a great experience. I've learned a lot, had the pleasure of working with many great people that have been such an inspirational part of the business and team. Pizzaiolo is franchised and corporate owned stores all over GTA.

Most worst thing which i found there was thst they do still not paid my 3 month salary. And they had also deleted my account from pizzaiolo . Mentally harshness, work under pressure, paying less , paying cash less than minimum (10) doing froud with customer 

Was given no hours starting in december of 2017 and they never contacted me for any more hours. No warning was given before they pulled all my hours, had to learn from a co-worker that they would not be contacting me for more work

• The most enjoyable part of the job is when the store is getting busy specially on weekends and customer stay happy with our service and 
food.
. the hardest part is how to manage staff in pick time and be organize
