The coordinators were very warm and accommodating to schedules. Allowed lots of flexibility in choosing work days. Great training and tour before starting. Working with the kids was a blast!

A great place to start your volunteering experience as you get to spend time with children and fellow High School/College students. It also provides volunteers with a unique environment as the team is pretty friendly and the place overall is cozy.

I felt very privileged to work for such a school for as long as I did.  It's a beautiful centre and they really enrich children's lives with the magic of art, dance and music!


Fun volunteer positions for people who have interest in arts! You can meet lots of other volunteers and gain lots of experience. If you like working with kids, it is a recommended volunteer position.

I enjoyed my time with this company. They are an active part of the arts community in Coquitlam. The Moro is "we bring out the artist in everyone" and, with talented instructors, they do.

A typical day volunteering would be me going in to see my group of kids and start talking to them to make them feel safe and get my list of want I have to do for the day from the coordinator. Everything was well managed.

It was one of the best places I've ever worked. People are friendly and nice, workload is normal. Working schedule is flexible. Perfect for students, people who have young kids and second (main) job.

My shift was around 3 hours. I was to aid children in activities revolving around art and to monitor them whenever it was time for a break. Overall it was a relaxed workplace, neither fast nor slow.

Great job for students . The people are very nice and its easy to exchange shifts with other people. You also get two free tickets per show which is fun

I enjoy hanging out with people, meeting new people, and giving back to the community. The staff are amazing and super nice! The teachers are very engaging!
