The workday is long, informative, and pleasurable. It starts late enough to allow you to get things done in the morning. The office space is inviting and fun as they have a mini-putt area, video games, and snacks. We all have plenty of time to chat with one another and collaborate on different tactics for approaching the community with difficult subjects. We built each other up through critiquing, games, and speeches. Once out talking to people within the community, it is easy to get discouraged due to the financial insecurity, the external factors, or the responses. Overall, it does give you a huge sense of success as you are helping the world in some way.

work is 8hours a day and is very demanding but clear objectives set. supervisors interact and provide regular feedback. the management is quite good although depending on individual we can experience micro-management.
there are 4 values which they hold unto and ensure it is respected and part of work culture.
the hardest part is to meet all KPIs every quarter. the most enjoyable is the change seen in the lives on children and girls in particular in developing countries.
seeing girls that can learn, lead ,decide and thrive in the society with equal opportunities.

The country leadership needs to change some people have over stayed and not contributing to the Growth of the organization and there's a wide gap in terms of salary scale between the leadership team and the front line staff

Working for Plan to assist with fundraising was an incredible experience. I loved being the Junior Field Manager for the campaign "Because I Am a Girl", and value the urgency behind such programs. I am proud to have been apart of it and lead a team of wonderful individuals to achieve goals!

•	Provide excellent Return-on-Investment to a select group of charities, via high-value monthly donor campaigns delivered by skilled, engaged and supported staff.
•	Provide secure data delivery and ongoing strategic analysis to enhance our client's long-term return on investment

Being a hard working man needs some predominant performance of your character and duties assigned to you and at the rate at which you comply within the shortest possible time

The company is located in Borongan City, I'am so thankful for being part of the company for my internship, because I able to enhance my skills and ability to become more confident in the corporate world.

Learnt a lot about how a large NGO works, being a donor associate gave us a larger understanding of the different programs that they offer to donors, but also how and where the donations are used.

Overall great place to work and team members are really ambitious and passionate. Lots of learning and upper management is encouraging. Would recommend
