Many companies will speak of core values, but vary rarely do they actually stand beside and practice them. PPCR has owners and upper management which you can tell first and foremost care about their core values, and in turn their employees, regardless if the outcome has some negatives that come along with it. If you are a person who genuinely wants to work hard and perform but also work in a positive atmosphere within an industry that helps families recover from by all accounts disasters, management will find a place for you.

Yes, like any job, there are days that seem to stretch on forever, there are days where you have to deal with upset people, there are days where stress levels are high. Luckily, thanks to these core values, PPCR has managed to build a team that no matter if you are in the office or in the field there is always someone there to help if needed, provide guidance, or just vent to.

The people are what make PPCR great. You don't have just co-workers here, you have an extended family. This doesn't mention the competitive wages, the great benefits including RRSP contributions, the courses that are offered to expand your education in the industry, the private gym, community & volunteer work, ski/snowboarding outings, sports pools, golf tournaments and dozens of other perks that come along with it. We also throw some pretty darn fun parties too.

I've never seen so such a friendly atmosphere at work. Everyone I've worked with so far are friendly. They are willing to share knowledge, experience, procedures and are will to do the job.
On top of that everyone is very encouraging and patient  with me since I am new to this industry.
Everyone has leadership qualities and willing alone and be part of a team.
Management are honest and helpful when it comes to growth and development.

I've learned demolition, taking samples, bio wash, tools I haven't seen or used, site protection and I've been shown other tasks that might be assigned to me as I continue to grow in this industry/company. Most importantly I've learned new or improve my leadership skills just by observing team mates I've been paired up with.

I can't really say what the hardest part of the job. I came in to the company willing to learn any skill to get the job done right or exceed expectations for both internal and external costumers.

The best part of the job is learning something knew and also being able to share my experience from previous jobs that might help improve my coworkers skills in the future. Whether at work or outside of work.

Overall I'm very happy to be a part of platinum pro claim family. I look forward to working and learning something new from everyone I meet or work with.

Working at PPCR gives the impression of stability from the outside, but the reality is very different.
At this company, employees are expected to wear many hats — flood tech, carpenter, cleaner, trainer — all for the same pay. Instead of proper raises or real bonuses, there are only small gestures that never replace financial recognition. Hard work is not rewarded here.
Management often prioritizes appearances over employee well-being. Safety issues (faulty equipment, mold exposure, broken vehicles) are left unresolved, while at the same time there is constant GPS monitoring and micromanagement over minor details. Rest times between shifts are often ignored, and employees may be called in on weekends without proper notice.

There is no clear career path, and leadership is inconsistent in giving feedback. Demands are high, but basics such as fair pay, rest, and respect are lacking.
If you value safety, fair pay, and respect, and real growth ,this is not the place for you.

A typical day at Platinum Pro-Claim is keeping yourself busy throughout the day and doing so in a timely manner.
I have been at this company for quite a long time and there is constantly new things to do and learn. Sometimes it can be very challenging and rewarding at the same time.
The Management at this company are a pleasure to work for and I feel like they always have my back. They are also very easy to approach and will always make time for any concerns that you may have.
The hardest part of the job is most likely the long hours as well as the on-call.
The best part of this job is the room to grow and move up. I also especially enjoy the satisfaction of helping out our customers in stressful situations. This is a great job, that I really enjoy coming to work for. I have felt this way since I started working for PPCR.

Platinum Pro-Claim has taught me that work doesn't have to be repetitive, mind numbing, and painful. 
I learnt that loving the job and the people, evolves a job turn into a career. This company not only focuses on each individual growth, but has put thought into growth of community and our global health.  The environment drives growth while the management constantly challenges every individual to put forth their very best. Each day is never the same, and you grow a little more with every accomplishment and/or failure.  

The job itself no matter the position is never easy, but who wants easy?  If you want easy, then definitely look at another job ad.  If you are seeking a company that promotes growth, and challenges you in ways you that make you a better person on the whole, then this is the company for you.

At PPCR, you do the work of several trades for the pay of one. There’s no clear path to grow, only more tasks added without recognition.
Bonuses and appreciation are symbolic at best: coffee cards, mugs, or group BBQs are offered instead of proper raises. Management often talks about “caring for people,””family” but in practice, profit comes first, and employees are treated as replaceable.
Most coworkers I met were good people, but many openly admitted they stayed only because other restoration companies are just as bad or worse. Morale is low, turnover is high, and there’s no real long-term future here!

I personally show up 15 mins before work so I can get a free coffee in the lunch room and chat briefly with my co workers. 
It is a busy place in the morning so being on time and showing up regularly is a must as other co workers are retying on you. If you do not show up it makes there job harder. But we  strive as a company to accommodate co workers personal needs and want them to find balance in there work day and life. 
Its a place where you can start at the bottom and end up at the top. There are always new things to learn. Your everyday work can vary to helping pack a box to helping a carpenter install wood work. 
Your day will go fast and at the end of the day you will feel a sense of accomplishment. You will have the support of your co workers on a crazy busy day.

I have been part of the Platinum Pro Claim Restoration team for the last few years. 
During this time I have had a couple of different positions and 2 different managers, both of whom have been great at helping me through my new roles. we are in a unique position to be able to help people with the work that we do. I believe we are a company filled with kind, compassionate people.
Sometimes the days are long and difficult , other days the time just flies by. No two days are the same, always changing, always finding ways to improve our services. We jump in an help where we can , when we can.
This is a great company to work for, with. They care about their customers, community and staff.

On a daily basis, I work closely with Project managers working towards giving homeowners great service while putting their homes back together. My job is very rewarding in that sense, as I can directly see how my help and work effects a family.
Platinum has been there for me through some really tough periods in my personal life. I have to say that I never thought a company could be there to that extent for an employee. 
I see the people I work with as friends more then co workers and genuinely enjoy the time I spend with them in the office. 

All in all Platinum Pro Claim is a great place to work and I am proud to be a part of their culture.

PPCR has been a great place to work during my time here. Managers empower their staff to create, change, or get rid of departmental systems and listen. They truly care about the success and growth of their employees, which has helped create a healthy workplace culture of care, accountability, and encouragement. 

Everyone from field and office staff, make you feel welcomed and wants you to succeed. 

PPCR also extremely flexible and does a good job in ensuring work-life balance for when life circumstances need to be addressed.
