Managment is punitive and expectations are ridiculous, they also make you do videos on every single used car and make you move the lot all day instead of focusing on selling cars and making calls. I was always on time worked very hard and sold 10 cars in my first month and a half, after that I was told I was being let go for not handling customers well enough, even though my clients loved me. They also listen to every single sales call and critique every part of it, makes you feel stressed out. I certainly would not recommend working here avoid this dealership at all costs, also their lot is tiny and moving cars around is like a jigsaw puzzle. 

Pay is average for the area, annual raises will never happen (apprentice still making minimum wage for over 3 years).Benefits are very expensive and barely cover anything (independent coverage is cheaper and covers alot more).Management doesn't want to spend money on necessary things like cleaning supplies, special tools, salting the icy parking lot, parts inventory. Parts being replaced on customer cars are aftermarket parts 70-80% of the time. Senior tech throws hissy fits like a spoiled brat, complains about everyone behind their backs to get his way, recommends  replacing parts way before their service life has ended, advisers don't do much advising.

I worked here for 2 years as a detailer, the amount of cars they wanted out in a day, was far to much, minimum of 30 cars a day. Half if not almost all the equipment was broken and took forever to get repaired, when it finally was it would've been the cheapest thing they could've found. Raises are there if you ask but even then up in the air management is sloppy at best, there is some decent people, but more often then not you gotta cut the grass to see the truth.

First Car sales job after moving from a sales position at Goodlife. I knew nothing about the car business when I first started here. The managers and the employees took me in and trained me from the ground up. I managed to not only learn but made a new family.

He will tell you whatever you want to hear but turns around and does something completely different. The admin fees are outrageous and when you take them out, you get charged double the amount. Impossible to make any money working for plaza. He lets his sons run the dealerships but they don’t have a clue what to do.

The pay was good, but top management was lacking.  Shop manager did his best given his ability under poor business management.  After the new locations bugs were addressed, it was a nice shop to work in.

So professional personals working there.
Very good training to new staff. 
Every body happy for working there. 
So organize pay and so organized work.
So respect to newcomers staff. 
Friendly store. Managers so try for close deals for seals staff.
Good contract , good pay price .


My time at plaza auto group was okay just needs to be run a little more organized  and needs more workers there the only reason for leaving is for a higher pay cause my cost of everything went up

good people to work for. staff is amazing guest are useally sweet techs are fabulous and honest people you are treated fair regardless of gender or background 

Income is there, work life balance is NOT!!
