" Dont worry nobody is getting fired" I knew that was a lie the moment it was said. They used covid to terminate a bunch of people. There is no way to advance in this company seeing as how they hired back people there for months and terminated people who worked there for years. There is no union so they can get away with these lovely business practices. Management on all levels needs to be replaced, none of them like each other and there is a stab each other in the back mentality. Good luck asking for a day off, its like pulling teeth. Unless a loved one is dying, don't ask. A guy was denied time off to go to his sisters wedding. High turnover rate, seen lots of people come and go. I was told the higher ups don't like it if you come to work just for the pay check, I wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean, isn't that the point of work? to get a paycheck? Seen 3 to 4 guys standing in the corner while everyone else worked, lots of lazy guys in the shop i was in, most likely a good place for them because they wouldn't of lasted at many other shops with such poor work ethic. They will only keep you around until your job runs out, if you are working on a particular model of van and the model is discontinued, so is your job. Would never work there again, avoid at all costs, if you are a serious tradesman you will learn nothing here. Only good to get a paycheck for a while and to move on. Most of the other guys were good to work with.

Learned how to maintain and repair lots of different types of equipment and power tools.  Met a lot of interesting people while employed here. Interesting Canadian company.  Enjoyed seeing progress of vans from beginning stages through to transforming them into Class B Motorhomes.

If you want to work somewhere where you can't advance, or you like getting a 0.001 % raise every year, then this is the place for you.

Management is a joke. 
You will be scolded for wanting time off work, they claim to be all about family, another joke.

Basically If you are a clown I would definitely apply to work here and you will fit right in. 

If you are looking for a place to work with good people get great benefits and actually feel like you’re appreciated this place is for you! I love getting to be able to learn something new everyday and challenge myself. These people treat you like family and take their job seriously and professionally

Friendly Co workers, decent shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri)

Management is not the most competent at times and your job, no matter the department, can get monotonous, but other than that, if you want regular hours and good benefits, it's a good place to work. 

The staff in the production line are friendly people and care about the company. A typical day is fast pace and work is plentiful building these B Class Vans. Management is more separated from the rest of the company and they don't better you about how your performance level.

Not recommended! You will become a number and nothing more. Expextions are very high but money is lousy for what you do! 
Go flip burgers and enjoy your life! Zero tolerance if you make a “mistake “........ Don’t do it

Living with Dyslexia is hard.  Pleasure-Way has assisted myself in learning my job and making me feel confident in what I do.  The group of people that work here are very welcoming and hard working.

A good culture company, they have Christmas show and gift for your kids, the co-workers are very friendly, the management is good, the benefit is enough, the wage is so so, but all year indoor work.
