i love driving and i had my own route ...pretty much the only positive working there...
they don't care at all about you, they don't care about keeping you either, cause they know they will get the next retired goverment guy or a student to replace you.
for a full time employee your going to be making 12$ a hour , in 3 years of working there i had a 15 cents raise..the seasonal driver will get 1 to 2$ more then you.
they can make you do storage tires delivery (tires with rims) or make you unload 53 foot trucks rear to rear in the nice hot weather of 30 plus degrees, all for the same amount of cash of a ordinary driver .
Benefits are good, but with the poor pay your going to be making , you wont be able to take advantage of the benefits.
stay away, backstabbing management too

Unfortunately there is no stabilitie with this company. and you have to fight for your money. they will pay minimum wage for full time permanent employees and give short term contract workers 3.00 over. 
there are absolutely no benefits to working with them except for a paycheck. (yes , there are health and dental that you pay a pretty penny for, and it's the minimal coverage) 
not even free coffee. 
no sports teams and no team building.

going in to work 30 minutes early,at 3 pm,.start checking out the returns,and placing whatever came in before my shift,and then continue with whatever was coming in during our shift,when all was done,moving tires around the warehouse to accomodate all winter tires by quantity,size,etc...not much was learned,management was just a presence and nothing more,the hardest part of the job was dealing with co-workers,i didnt see anything that enjoyable to note.

It sucks because the management team in Belleville is amazing! The company does not pay its employees enough, especially during the busy season. The job is more fun when crossed trained, so worklife never gets boring. It is quite the physical job when busy also, so backaches are common, but the people here worked as a team and switch for unloading trucks. 

When you first start work with this company, things seem good. Be careful though, the roller coaster ride goes downhill from there. Company has very few morals and will terminate staff as they see fit to suite their seasonal needs. Upper management will do whatever is needed to do so, whether right or wrong, no guilt. Working for this company is like a one sided coin!

They hire a warehouse manager in the spring and let him go in the fall. From my knowledge and experience with this employer, this seems to be a pattern. If you are looking for a seasonal management job for 7 to 10 months max, this is the place to apply. Good luck!

pay isnt the highest, but the benefits are good.  and there is usually room to move up.  During busy season, you have to work quickly and have good attention to detail, but in slow times it can be a very relaxed place to work.

Not impressed since this company is fairly large. They should take better care of their bottom line staff. People get hired and fired quickly. Seems this is repetitive on a yearly basis. Seasonal work at best.

Not a happy place...Minimum wage for a lot of work...A lot of lifting and very demanding supervisors...Over load is what I would describe the employment...Not very rewarding...

love working here. we all work as a team to complete tasks and figure out solutions. i would recommend working here to anyone who enjoys good hard work and a team based environment.
