Each day revolves around supporting category managers, coordinating with suppliers, updating pricing, managing follow-ups, and helping with projects. The pace is dynamic, especially during rush periods, but teamwork makes the workload manageable. Thanks to my colleagues, I’ve quickly built strong skills in category management, supplier coordination, and navigating distribution workflows. I’ve learned to prioritize better, adapt fast, and handle pressure with more confidence. The start was bumpy due to leadership changes, but things have since stabilized. My new superior gives me trust and responsibility, while upper management is approachable, cheerful, and encouraging.

Lack of communication with upper management to help company employees with everything they need to succeed to achieve the success so that employees have all the tools to make the company successful and grow

Demanding as head office is feeling 2 people are enough to keep up with demands which makes it bad for the customers and hurts the clientele

Work load depends on the season especially if youre a tire tech.
I learned a lot on maintanence and service of all aspects in all sorts of vehicles.
Management is great, especially the owner jeff, best people to work with.
Hardest part of the job is that it is physically demanding so you have to be up for it. Most jobs are easy and routine but every once in a while we get some difficult ones but we always figure things out together.
Best thing is we all help each other, the atmosphere is always fun, and the owner is extremely kind and friendly. You'll always be taken care of.

A small/medium company where for me as a Developer, gives a lot of opportunities and directions to head. Good work environment, and good technologies for the 'small' IT sector with tons of projects to improve both tech and maturity of the teams. Plus, good support and activities from the company for the work-life balance.

The majority of the staff are friendly and sociable. But the owner will often complicate things much more than required causing panic, stress and confusion.
But that aside, if you don't care for free time this is a great place to be.
