Like other guys mentioned Job culture is great safety record is good foremen's are knowledgeable just DO NOT expect good wages. 
Only use this company if you look forward to work in condos not having your small company or doing meaningful things that you are gonna use in your own career. You will be doing repetitive things over and over again. 
Owner does not spend money on good equipment you will walk around sites looking up other trades better tools and supplies. 
You will spend or wasting time taking up and down materials because company will never use a lift or anything. PURE manpower, really inefficient.
rotation is high, that says something. 
wages do not reflect current cost of living. If you live with your parents and like a good environment this place is alright. 
If you have experience and you are smart and hard work negotiate your value or look a smaller place.
I hope this company jumps into the 21st century one day... if they wanna make the difference, it has the potential.

Okay as a starter job to get your hours and experience rolling. Don't expect them to really care about you all that matters is getting the job done as fast and as cheaply as possible so they can make money. They will give you the lowest wage they can. You'll have to fight tooth and nail for a raise unless you are favourited. There are good foremen and journeymen that care about mentoring you but they're a minority. Getting on a good site is a gamble. Be fast. They will prioritize teaching you if you are fast at the job even over those with more hours and schooling. Time is money. Money is everything.

A typical day at work would be getting supplies together for the task and hand that day. Lifting wires and and boxes. Using different tools for different task like drilling holes in the lumber to run wires through.
Installing light fixtures and plugs. Splicing wires to make connections. Climbing ladders to run wires.Digging up dirt to run cable wire underground And cleaning up my mess at the end of the day.

This place is horrible, underpaid every employee, owners are greedy pigs that only care about themselves. I worked here as an apprentice and there was absolutely zero mentoring, learned absolutely nothing working there. Save yourself the time and go work for a company that actually cares about their employees.

Got along well with management. Paying attention to detail and pride in your work goes along way. 

If you can do quality work you will get rewarded with more opportunities. Worked for the company for about a year and 9 months and was made lead of finish when I moved Jobsites  

Management do try to put you on sites that are closer to your home. 

Have a quick meeting about our tasks, go to work full force till breaks or days over. Management was very efficient and my co workers were smart, fun and easy to work with. Hardest part was leaving work. The most enjoyable was working in the electrical trade and learning something knew!

I found that what you put into Polar electric you get out of it. Laziness doesn't get rewarded. I worked on many different sites and all the foremen seemed fair. I recommend Polar to anyone if their not lazy.

This company has been treating you well and friendly and so many support, of course every company has some disadvantages depends what you are looking for money or peace! money is a little bit low it is looks like second family 

Be on time, be responsible, do quality work. Recognize an issue fix it or bring it to someone’s attention. Good place to get your hours. They like to hire people that are green. 

Awesome co-workers learned a lot of things for an apprentice great workplace/environment to work in. The only thing wrong was their wages it does not meet a lot of the workers needs and work they do for it.
